Another killer vicdeo man. Curious as to the size of your Dutch oven. I got a seven quart got Christmas, but it will be a tighter fit than I thought. Might need to drop down to the 5 qt.

How do like the meater? Is there a battery in the probe and does it not get to hot? Please and thanks.

I like the Meater a lot, the wireless capability is so convenient. Only downside is that it is a little thick so it works great for most bigger cuts but not so much for thinner ones. The probe does have a battery built-in that gets charged by the base (via AA batteries). The probe itself is good up to 212°F internal and 527°F for ambient temperature, so it’ll work is the majority of cooks. If you’re interested in grabbing one, there are some Black Friday sales on right now, check out the links in the description box and grab one.
