Over Reinforced vs Under Reinforced Beam Concept

Hi Friends,
In this video i have explained about the why beams are always designed in Under Reinforcement Condition, what kind of safety factors are affected these beam design conditions, practically and over reinforced beam failure.

    Hii when lets assume in T section which is under reinforced depth of N.A. from extreme compression fiber is 50 mm (maximum compresive strain is 0.0035) and depth of centre of tension reinforcement from NA is 500 mm(thus by compatibility of strain tensile strain will be 10 times maximum compresive strain) is that much strain allowed?

    In this video three type beam explained. But all three are not recommended. So which design to apply that can be safe for beam.and second, what is 40% and 60%of compression and tension. What is 50% and 50% please explain in detail.

    Supposed the beam is under reinforce, even minimum steel is provided, in such case how we can adress this issue, or can we provide additional reinforcement over the beam I mean in slab reinforcement, over the stirrups please🙏 reply
