This problem is making Lagos state government look unbelievably bad. If the realtor advertising land in Ibeju Lekki is not licensed to operate on the land, move and stop the development. Nobody in Nigeria obey the laws of the land. Thank You.

Its not easy finding out these dos and don't from ministry and lagos state government. A portal should be created to know all these laws
