Hi Jill! I just discovered your wonderful channel! I turned 60 in February 😮 and have gone through most of the health issues you’re experiencing plus I’m a lymphoma cancer survivor having gone through car-t immunotherapy 5 yrs ago. Functional/integrative medicine is def the way to go! Expensive but worth it. Most of my family/friends are on Rx meds for their diabetes type 2 but I chose keto diet and am doing well. My son was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at 4-1/2 yrs old and is now 25! He uses insulin pump (since 6yrs old). My husband passed away 8 yrs ago from amyloidosis. We never know where life is going to take us. Taking one day at a time and doing my best to stay attractive and positive attitude. Bless you all!

Glad to see that you are okay. I was concerned about you. Congrats on the new family member. My college age daughter got a sweet tuxedo kitten last year. She is so very intelligent and sociable, almost like a dog. I am the very same way about appointments. I am always anxious until it’s over and back home! Know exactly how you feel. You are such a wonderful beautiful lady! I have found out that as long as you are a continuous learner, have curiosity and are on a constant move there is no such a thing as anxiety. It's so rewarding to have friends and fairy friends, puppies and kittens, children and a goal in life beyond and above you so you can move forward. I had one some panic attacks now they are over. What it counts is to be surrounded with people you love and have goals in life. I wish you the best!!!

Our oldest daughter and her husband couldn't make it because she ended up getting sick. :( BUT they came out the following weekend. ;). Have tried meds for fibromyalgia. Savella was worse than fibro. My husband was depressed from spinal fracture and put on Cymbalta. He quickly ramped up into bipolar hypomania. Finally got him to stop ( he did ‘t want to ). From that he cycled bipolar states until Lithium and Wellbutrin, which I take, too.

What a beautiful, adorable kitten Lily is! So sweet. If I didn't have a parrot, I would love to get a kitten again. I was so happy to see this vlog pop up when I got on YT this afternoon. You look well. I know a lot about ADHD from my training and from experience with a family member whose daughter has been diagnosed with it. Luckily, medication and education now offers so much help. Jill, I’m always happy to see you. I love your kitty, animals are our best friends and they help so much with anxiety and bring such a comfort and calm into our lives. It’s wonderful that you spent time with your friend as it’s so important to vent and share with our girlfriends. I so appreciate that you discuss social anxiety because there are so many women in our age group that live with it. Let us know if your son’s new medication helps him. I think I’ve mentioned before, but my social anxiety has affected my speech at work, with family, in any social setting I’ve noticed that I cannot enunciate my words and it’s so frustrating. If anyone is having this problem please let me know. Xanax does help but it seems to never go away unless I take Xanax. Love to you Jill, and prayers💕💕💕🙏🙏🙏

Hi Kim! Ugh...so sorry you deal with this stuff as well. My speech is affected w/ my vertigo attacks. Now I am wondering if that is anxiety driven? When it first happened, I thought i was having a stroke. 🙄Hope you are feeling well lately. ❤ Sending hugs your way!

I always make my appointments in the morning so I get them over with and don't have to think about them! Also- tried out an earthing pad and it has decreased my chronic pain by 80 percent! Blown away by the results!

I have never heard of an earthing pad until now! I checked it out, and I am completely curious now! Thanks for sharing! ❤ Also...I am going to try that out as well (making morning appointments instead)....sometimes they give you no choice, but usually I take afternoon ones only because I am not a morning person, but it does ruin my whole day having them later. :(

@@JillLynnBeautyTherapy Yes, it also ruins my whole day thinking about my appointments- so I suck it up and go early! lol Earthing pad for me, once I started sleeping with my feet on it- was life changing! I only spent 30 dollars for mine. Been two months so I know it is not the placebo effect. I am amazed when I woke up virtually wake up pain free. If I don't use it for 20 minutes in the afternoon my pain will start to come back.

Such a nice video Jill & nice to see you getting out for girls chat not just the 'to do's' of life you deserve it! How about putting together a vid about urself like pics from high school, wedding etc. Tell us little more about you & ur journey to today! God Bless 💙

Thank you for the encouragement. I am your age and i feel terrible most days. I just want to stay in bed and have no motivation. Today im gonna force myself to do the things that need to be done. I think its hormones and i need to look into that with a good Dr. Im gonna do that. Thanks again.

My youngest son was also diagnosed with ADHD when experiencing high anxiety in his twenties. I also had the same feelings as you in I wish I would have known earlier. I’m very thankful that he is thriving and seeks professional help when needed. He has been successful through therapy and no longer needs medication. You’re not alone and your son is not alone. Wishing much hope and success in dealing with this is. You’re kitten is absolutely adorable! Makes me want another kitten 🐱

Hi Jill, so glad to see your video come up, you're always a joy to watch. Your new fur baby is adorable, so glad you and your son have her! Well, let me tell you my maybe not so good news. I was diagnosed with Basal Carcinoma Cancer in 2018, had surgery ( on my nose) and i was hoping that was the end of it. My nose started to itch this past weekend and that was a little worrisome, but the scary thing is that i woke up this morning with a red spot in the same place as the cancer was in. I called my Dermatologist and i have an appointment this coming Wednesday. Can you imagine what my weekend will be? 😢 Any way I'm trying to breathe, pray and hope for the best. Of course i want know anything Wednesday, because he'll have to send the biopsy off, but I can probably get an idea with how he acts. Anyway I'll get off this, so glad you had a great time with your friend, it is always good to get out and away from home, sometimes. Great video, big hugs sweetie! ♥️
