I googled the most expensive house in the sims 4 and it says that the value is 4.250,709 simoleons, so from what my google says I think you beat the record!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sydney this isn't even a mansion anymore its an ultimate palace loved this episode can't wait for episode 5 series finale.

Ideas: a streamer room (the moschino pack has a streaming desk, i believe) a photoshoot set area for the basement also a security room a vault (lots of gold $$$$$)

maybe like an evil queen room ( poison,...) or like a basement garden with the shark pond from get famous

You should add a cafe, a photography room, 3 pet rooms, an aquarium, a mini jail, a vet clinic, an indoor ice skating rink, a mini-mall, a spa, and the parent's special secret woohoo room. Also, a stage for entertainers would be cool since you now have access to platforms.

The basement should be it’s own town

Remember, basements can go down 2 levels so you could get real inventive: full basketball court, multi-lane bowling alley, cinema room using platforms to create auditorium seating, pet room with obstacle course and cat trees everywhere. Totally stealing this idea from lilsimsie, but you could also build a maze. She used the hedge fence, but you could just pick any height of half wall, fill it with colored lights (that will require live mode, and be a PIA). It would be majorly weird, but kinda funky too esp. as a second floor basement level. Also, maybe add the roofed hot tub outside the "small" houses. Add sound system/radios to every skill room in the mansion (spa, artist studio, gym, and kitchen).

I feel like whoever lives here has all these rooms and let’s people come in and do things and that’s why there is such a variety in the rooms. That’s always why a lot of the rooms are for entertaining

in the end you should move this lot to the huge lot in del sol valley, it would fit in so well!

I imagine that the sim that lives here is s supersim and every room is a different skill his mastered.

On the 3rd or 4th floor you should do a dream bedroom for a teen that is a youtubers green screen,lights,computers and even more computers and a whole room photo room maybe two teenage daughters are youtubers and models.

The twin room is GORGEOUS. I'm a twin and that wouldve been our dream room growing up!!!! (Also you're right, my sister & I chose to share a room bcos we're really close!! Then we moved house and *had* to share a room through the teenage years, which was... harder lol)

You should do a bowling alley if you decide to do a basement. I think you can make it really cool while keeping that price going up pretty fast.

34:20 It could be a sleepover room!!! The kids can bring their friends over so it makes more sense to have double stuff. You should totally do a sleepover themed bedroom sometime though!

So I has this thought that since theres so many different skill rooms in the house and such a mix of old and new styles maybe its owned by vampires? They know so many skills cause theyve been alive so long and thats why theyre able to afford it. Also would explain the different styles because theyve lived through so many different eras! So maybe in the basement there could be a coffin room or something lol!

I just love this series so much, mansions are my favorites in sims 4 builds and I know that once this is uploaded in the gallery, I will immediately download it. Please add an entire room just for pets, and use all the skill building items (that will be so hard though) .

Okay so... the kids are definitely home schooled because they got bullied in school for being too rich, so you could make a classroom! 🥰

I know that you don't do much gameplay (I, honestly, can relate), but I think it would be super fun to create a family to live here and then try to make them use ALL of the rooms/items in the mansion in just ONE sim-day (e.g. read in a library, visit the museum, try different outfits on this podium thing in the closet, play bowling, do a photo shoot, paint, garden, watch all 13 TVs in the game room at once, you get the idea). I mean, even with 8 sims that would be A MESS and I'm here for it!

Can you use an elevator going down into the basement? Expensive mansions always have elevators lol You definitely need to create a home movie theater with a snack bar, popcorn machine, and tons of movie posters! That would so cool!

I think it would be really cool if you added a bunker in the basement. Like maybe one of the sims that lives in the house is super paranoid about the world ending or a zombie outbreak happening, so they built a sort of panic room in the basement. It probably doesn't suit the house at all, but I think it would make for a really cool room to build. :)

I really like the sauna room, pool room, kitchen, study, and closet. Great job

So the library is honestly life goals! My dream library is walls lined with wall high bookshelves and than a little inbetween nook to sit. And then in the middle also bookshelf’s and a computer area to write with a huge desk for notes and stuf and maybe my drawing and painting room stuffed in it. Cause I ain’t gonna have a big house 😂

I think an under ground play ground for kids and toddlers could be a really unique idea with the ball pit swings slide monkey bars ect

would you do a build challenge to make like super expensive build but not intentionally using the most expensive or the second expensive items? because even though it's totally understandable to use the most expensive items to make the most expensive house, you said it youself (at least kinda) - it gets really repetitive! always the same items through every challenge you know.. BUT i have to applaud you for making things still look unique!!

I can’t wait to slightly Reno this home for my 100 baby family so by the time (hopefully) my main girl died, she will have enough (almost 40 babies in and I have almost 3mil in total all earned
