I had a pleasant glitch while listening (halfway through now). I had a box of beers. I took the last one out, and went out for a smoke. Came back into the flat (Apartment) and before enjoying my last beer, I throw the box in the bin. There was a second, spare beer in there. So now I'm gonna continue listening to glitch stories while sipping my free glitch beer the matrix has gifted me.

Re: teleporting knife. I had a similar experience with my favorite stuffed teddy bear as a kid. I'd taken it with me to town, we stopped at a park. I set it down. I forgot to retrieve it and we drove off. I noticed a few miles down the road. We turned around. Searched everywhere. I cried and felt so sad as we left. We got home a few hours later and there he was on my bed. My family saw me with the bear that day but couldn't explain how. No one has spoken of it since.

That is crazy- especially with witnesses!

I first saw the movie THE MANDELA EFFECT, then spent hours watching YT about it. This led to 20-30 hours of watching SIMULATION THEORY vids, Then I discovered ATRD. The effect these have had on me have been super therapeutic. I have always had trouble losing things I had 30 seconds ago even though I was still sitting in the same chair. Especially things I dropped on the floor and heard it hit the floor, as well as saw it hit in my peripheral vision. It would drive me crazy. I would keep telling my wife about, because, dammit, I wanted to know what was happening. Now, I can just accept that these occurrences are much more widespread and common than I ever suspected. I feel comfort in knowing I am not alone in this, and only rarely does harm come to those involved. Thanks to ATRD, and all the contributors for improving my mental health.

The one with the guy with Asperger’s I think is experiencing time blindness. I experience this semi regularly, especially when stressed. It can be upsetting losing time seemingly without explanation.

4:55:37 had this same type of thing happen to me on a nyc subway train. I had my headphones in my ears but no music. Usually do this so no one bothers and as if someone was right next to me they said something like “hey what’s up” or something like that. I looked around and saw no one looking at me or that close to me. I couldn’t understand. Creepy

I think it would be a interesting to have where these all take place. Like City, State or Country.

Now, not an expert and recommend looking stuff up before believing me for sure, but as a neurodivergent myself I know a little but about it. Now, while some symptoms of adhd and autism can be opposites some of them are sort of overlapping as well. And since aspergers is an outdated term coined by a nazi, it's now just known as and (autism spectrum disorder). With adhd time blindness is common, so having a hard time deciphering how long it's been isn't that weird. So, ots possibble that's an overlapping symptom of the person's autism. However, autism and adhd also have a high comorbiduty rate and alot of people don't know if they have both. However, I'm also pretty sure that dissociation is common in those who are neurodivergent and/or have trauma. Now, I don't know alot about dissociation, but I think that the person who kept losing time may or may not have been experiencing that. Anyways, it's just an idea. It could actually be a time glitch, or some sort of thing that's more medically explained, like dissociation or absent seizures, etc. I've experienced something similar, but not to the point I've lost alot of time. At least I don't think so because I haven't ever checked what time it was.

I had the exact same thought. The video he was watching may have simply been paused while he had a thought then got lost in that thought for 2 hours. Or he could of been scrolling shorts on YT ect. When I lose longer periods of time it’s usually because I’m stressed and my mind just wandered off, I can doom scroll with no memory of it or just sit, again with no memory of what I’ve done for all that time.

@tikkaslade8570 yeah that's also possibble. I also think it's interesting that the way people use the word doom scrolling is different than the definition. When people say doom scrolling, they typically mean scrolling through social media for hours on end. However, when you look up the definition, it means that you're scrolling and reading a whole bunch of bad news at once.
