Unfortunately medical school is all about learning the HARD material, NOT the important material 90% of the studying is a waste clinically speaking. Their goal isn't to make you a good physician (that's what residency and practice is for). Their goal is to eliminate the students who are unwilling or unable to outcompete their peers Is it right? No. Is it a fact? Yes. You don't have to take my word for it. Go on step1 medbullets and you'll see how insignificant the "most common" tumors are

@@DirtyMedicine FA 2018 and 2020 describe Brenner tumors as having coffee bean nuclei. I'm guessing their descriptions for granulosa cell and brenner tumors have changed.
