Unfortunately, the fact is hard work is exploited and sleep is healthy. Among other things, when you realize most of the “motivational/ grindset” spaces of social media promote the opposite of what is healthy, it’s clear to see why so many men are in such a bad place despite the supposed abundance of “free help”. As we see in other fields, Profiting off the sabotage of others isn’t help…
