@@rocketman3285 When you're just tryna make a build and have already played through the game legit a couple times, you're not tryna grind for hours for silver.

The only improvement to this method for a longer haul, is to get a plant tent from the town of Berg (The lower right exit from this zone leads to Enmerkar Forest where Beg resides) and place it in the square where the shops are. This additional step allows you to rest right there next to the merchants instead of going back to your lighthouse to sleep every cycle. The plant tent (8 silver each) recovers food and water just like a player house bed does, with the only downside being that you are unable to pick the plant tent back up. So make sure you put it on flat terrain in a location that you are happy with because you can't move it. That will speed up your runs

This is actually incredible. Straight to the point, not over the top or obnoxious, subtle meme edits, a method which feels realistic rather than just breaking the game. Really fantastic video.

New class unlocked: Drug (Potion) Lord

Firstly, great job simple and easy method. The method I use is not as simple as yours, it depends on your combat ability. Set up a camp fire and a bed roll just outside town. Rest or repair for 1 hour. Doing this has a 60% of getting attacked. You can get attacked by a Pearl bird (egg and meat), a bandit pair (spear and sword) or another bandit pair (Brutal greataxe and bow). You will be lucky if you get the last pair, the brutal greataxe sells for 75 silver. When ever you need to heal up, eat or drink head back into town to do so. If the fight goes south run back into town, rest up and try again. If you set up a plant tent in town. It will help with the food and water issues. You can cook the egg in the camp fire to eat if you get hungry (not the best use of egg). You also harvest the berries in town and, mix it with meat and salt to make meat soup, which can be converted into travel rations and sold to the merchant.

Tip: Put all your perishable items into your storage before sleeping for 3 days to avoid spoilage! There are many different methods of obtaining silver. Fish dishes can also be profitable if you have all the right ingredients. If you'd like to share your silver making method, post them below!

Silent Knight also fish and collect all the berries, then sleep 24 hours and fish, then another 24 and fish, then 24 and repeat also do the food quest which repeats and clear the storage unit every 7 days. Craft all the food and also make rags ( the beetles you get from the bushes) seaweed and the berry’s off the beach grilled ( buy linen cloth from vendors every 3 days) you can make 400-500 every 3 days

You can also drop your bag before sleeping, perishables will only spoil if they're "on you".

I have 2 boxes so that's probably how method works but what I do is create a new character, I gather very specific things on the beach (mining pick for sure) and finish the tutorial. Once in Cierzo, gather from your house, leave, head up the hill grab the 2h axe go inside the town hall loot chest upstairs, leave, pitchfork and junk pile near shield quest lady, hit the beach gather knife and hatchet, get water skin, sell everything except water skin and a weapon. leave town, head to mushroom cave, if bird kill bird, there is chest on the way with loot. once in the cave I have the route perfectly planned out where I get 2 junk piles, 3 bodies, an oil well, 2 mana stones (chance of hackamanite is nice) the shield and a golem heart or whatever. the entire time you do this, dont kill a single thing and make sure you drink water for the stam regen. my best run was 15 minutes, I got the shield 70s, heart 30 silver, some really nice drops and 2 hackamanites I think I made 480 silver. kicker though, I then need to join on my GFs character and drop this shit off so that my next character can have it. Cheers!

You mean I didn’t have to risk life and limb to make that amount of money by tricking monsters to attack bandits then try and loot the corpses before the surviving NPCs chases me around risking the possibility of ending up naked at a bandit’s fort or worst some monster cave? you know that there are weapon combos etc, right? Every weapon has unique combo.

Another thing u could do with this is making rations use common foods such as jerkey meat fish or disish if needed and salt. If u boil our salt water sack u get clean water and 5 salts. Using a cooking pot u get 3 rations per 2 simple food and 1 salt I did this after grinding the hyenas dean near cierzo. Made about 600 silver in 1 trip. (Roughly 20 mins) but if you buy cheap food u can make an aditional profit without leaving town

This is by far the most lucrative and fastest way to make silver from any other video I've watched, thank you so much!!!!

Lmao I laughed so hard at the end because me and my friend discovered this and a couple other decent recipes last night and we were calling all the oil we found "profit"

This method loses money now. Kept track of cash-in/out and lost ~20 silver in the process.

not a bad way to do this , tho i prefer to run up confux mountain and gather all the mana stones which sell for 6 silver each + the chance of hackmantite which sells for 50 each sleep 24 houres and the mana thingies have respawned

@@CaptainTreeJay if you take a tent or sleeping bag you can do it at the mountain , 3 quarters up is a butterfly spot if its snowing its better to sleep in the blue chamber/heroic path entrance to counter the cold .Also bring enough water with you food is no problem as there are turnips and berries on the mountain

I only bought this game a couple months ago. Due to me sucking at the combat I haven't played it much since then. I'm glad Jimmy got his sh*t together so I now know how to make a profit. Now if I could only get my fingers to learn how to stop, drop, and roll in the right order, I probably wouldn't die every time I step out of the damn gate!

Once you get yourself geared out and survivable, money isn't an issue. I bought all the gear upgrades and skills I need so I have 10k lying around and growing.

The astral potion is not profitable anymore, it only makes one each time which means 1/3 of the profit you'd make and you instead end up losing money to make them (unless you want to save money not buying them for personal use)

I just scrap every weapon/armor I can find (and mine whatever iron I can find) and by the time I get to the Vendavel Fortress I have 80-120 scrap and a lot of linen cloth... inside u can get 5 silver per scrap, 5 silver per bandage (2 linen cloths) and 15 silver per potion so when I get out I have almost 1k + all the expensive gear I looted to sell (only bad thing about it is... u have to kill your way in xD if u don't want to get enslaved)

Seems doesn't work now, since the price up of material, and I can only create 1 portion for each craft. Is there any other way to make money?

Thats pretty cool but its normally quicker (and much more enjoyable) to loot the dungeons for ornate chests.

start splitscreen load all loot onto 2nd player quit split and go to shop and start split and sell all the loot

You can also turn bread into travel rations at a gain of 4 silver per craft Health potions only make 1 silver crafting them however if you save them and take to vandal you make 22 silver per craft

You can give health potions to the lady in the infirmary there for 15 silver each 1 craft makes 3 and it costs 23 silver if you buy the materials from a shop She also buys bandages for 5 silver each witch can be bought for 3 silver each if they are crafted or 2 silver each if you craft them

@@joshuadixon4090 it's in the starter map if you follow the beach south until it ends and then circle around the mountain hugging it that you run into it takes you straight to it and small spoiler once you join a faction return to the starter town to receive a quest that is at verandal fortress to save the city

Is this method still working? It looks like they changed the formula so it only makes 1 warm and cold pption for these ingredients, making us lose money if we buy them...

Ya bro it has to be patched. Now you indeed lose money doing this. Playing thru my first time and looks like alot of these videos dont hold too true now. Like the pearlbird face mask only giving 15% movement speed instead of the old 20% and the 110lb backpack bug is fixed as well. Sad day lol

It's a good method for the initial coins. However, I do not like the "wait/sleep for 3 in-game day" part. That, for me, really breaks immersion. I think dev should make the game world more time-sensitive as to not allow players to just sleep through months and months at a time.

are u aware of the splitscreen second player glitch if its not the case the glitch is way easier to use and dosn,t cost any resuoces u just need a controller on pc or a second one on console the thing is evrey new created char has 27 silver in his invetory so u just have ur main char use ure controller for splitcreen and create a new charcter and let drop his silver and rinse and repeat congrats u now have an endless amount of silver

Yes, you should be able to buy an alchemy kit and at the very least some thick oil when just starting out. Alchemy Kit is 60 silver. If you sell some of the various items that you find around Cierzo, then you can afford it. I would suggest paying your debt first with a tribunal favor to get it out of the way, then follow this method.

@@felixweetbix, It could be a number of things. Are you trying to sleep in the bed at your home in Cierzo? Or are you trying to sleep in a tent for too long in extreme weather? Check your status in the menu to make sure you're not thirsty, hungry, or have any ailments. I would suggest eating, drinking, sleeping inside a city to see if that fixes anything.

If it the "needs: Very tired" debuff, then eat food and drink water sleep for 1 hour, and then sleep again for 1 hour repeat in 1 hour intervals till it goes away. This was how I got rid of the debuff. I slept in my bed at the light tower. I don't know if the sleep location matters.

Is this still up? No patches have been released that mess with this? I want to do it tonight

if you beat the jade lich in the hallowed marsh (inside the ziggurat west of the map) he offers you to craft weapons and shield out of tsar stones, hackmanite and palladium. there are also guides here on youtube on how to farm those material. also in levant you will find a smith, that will craft you the tsar armor.
