They want this to happen. Solve the drug problem and the money and jobs dry up. Really think about it - addicts are big business and effect multiple areas and facets of life and the job market. Prisons, jails, probation officers, cops, lawyers, rehabs, clinics, social workers, big pharma, nurses, doctors, insurance companies… solve the drug problem and lots of jobs dry up. The war on drugs is a myth.
