    Smokers should do what they want, but they should also be realistic about the doors that are closed to them without them even knowing. I just had a discussion with other business owners, and they took turns talking about ways to guarantee that they NEVER accidentally hire a smoker. They stink. They're unproductive. They're prone to illness. The true cost of smoking to your career is astounding.
