hi there.as building my own rifle.I have ordered an ellectric valve.where I dont have to hit a needle.plus I can adjust the time it stays open.but as you say.and I agree with you with regarding enlarging the trasfer port.it makes sense.as this was what I was going to do.well done again.👍😎

Unregulated gun with added weight on the hammer ! If you fit a regulator you can remove the added weight on the hammer because it has the regulated pressure to work to ! Is this right ?

I will try to do this some time. I think if you are going to make a regulator using Belvilles then it is better to have a laminate of 2-4 than just one washer as thick as the laminate. Hope that makes sense.

Also opening the valve more means the air will flow longer and after the diabolo left the barrel kick it once more outside and it ruins the precision of the gun, not very smart to do so. Valves do not need tuning at all to make the gun more powerful, as you explained it gives no positive result or maked it even worse. Some people think airguns are like toys and there is nothing complicated about them, but this is even a very dangerous thinking, I'm happy that I've learned about it in a shooting club, so I see it as a potential dangerous weapon as it is.

so what is the best coil spring for a low power regulator set up like 100 bar?short but hard spring or long but a little soft spring?

Sir my pcp transfer port is exactly 2mm in the receiver while the barrel hole is 1.3mm, so, l thought of increasing the barrel hole to exactly the same as the size of the transfer port, by doing so, will the velocity increase abit or do you suggest increasing more to the transfer port to like 2.5mm?

Why not use a vented cone for the spring seat? That way, even if the spring is fully compressed, it doesn't close off the pressure vessel.

This video 'IS NOT' about design and building a airgun, this video tells folks what can be WRONG with their tuning. Evert gun on the market is different. even with some makes they have vented cones and others central holes on their own range. Watch and LEARN - Think what the VIDEO is about. It is not about one (1) gun or how to build a gun. It is diagnosing an issue with some gun's when people try to tune in a regulator.

I was being a bunny. Just watched it again and realized I got my head stuck on the spring and not the port. *Shrugs* Ahh well. Late night video viewing.

Hi can any one give me any advice I've got a kral np02 and when am filling up with air it's coming out though the barrel and loading port any advise would be much appreciated

Probabily the spring of disparator is broken or there is something betwin hammer and pin of disparator pessing it matainning it opened
