Outlawz: 2Pac Planned "Hit Em Up" in Prison, Recorded Before California Love

Outlawz members Young Noble and E.D.I. Mean denied rumors that 2Pac knew he was going to die early, as they revealed that he made many plans, including building a compound. During the sit-down they also shared the street mentality at Death Row while they were there, but added that it was normal for street guys to carry out street activities.
You can hear more of what the Outlawz had to say about Dr. Dre leaving Death Row and their thoughts on Danny Boy coming out as gay in the above video.

More songs than you can count, 6 movies, beat up by cops, shot 2 cops, rape case, getting shot, 11 months in prison, beef with Biggie (and many others), Death Row, etc., etc., etc.! He did all that shit in less than 5 full years. If you didn't know any better, you'd think Pac was a fucking meth head, with that kind of work ethic. lol

Suge was the first one to really take the hardcore street dudes he grew up with towards a legitimate route to success. Today, a lot of people do it better. But that's only because they learned from mistakes done at Death Row. But who did Death Row really have to learn from? Russell Simmons had Def Jams, but he wasn't a street dude. Ice-T was a street dude, but he was under Time Warner. J Prince was a street dude, but not in LA. The only one who was close to doing what Suge did was Eazy, but even Eazy didn't fill his studio up with hardcore Crips and Bloods. Suge was doing an experiment and could only learn by trial and error. Also, hindsight is always 20/20. Both Dre & Suge were born in 65. They were only 26 year old men when they started Death Row and everyone under them was even younger. There were no older wiser men available to give consultation. They had to learn that on their own. Now putting in that perspective, I think Suge did a phenomenal job.

The different level of maturity between the two men on the couch and Vlad is enormous. Those two brothers are as calm and patient as they would probably be while babysitting a boy who has suffered from slow development. Some of the questions Vlad asked them were very strange to hear coming from a middle aged man interviewing two other middle aged men. Vlad was hunting for sensational revelations while they were calmy trying to recount witnessing the death of a close friend, who also was a well loved Mega- star. This was hard to watch. I Know Vlad is a big time Culture Vulture, who is obsessed with Black Men, but this was still the oddest interview yet. When Vlad turned into a child and asked about Dre and the other homosexual Singer, I am surprised that one of these brothers didnt mention Vlad's strange relationship with Black Men. I admire the honesty and testimony of most of the people Vlad interviews. And, I am always fascinated that anyone would sat and talk to this Fanatic. Peace.

And I believe that there are people probably in their heart who are friends toward me or are friends to me. But they're not my friends, because what I learned is that fear is stronger than love. -2Pac
