I love how in all these interviews Tobias is so self aware of his position in the cast and just sits back and enjoys himself. He's always fun to watch.

Sam's evil little grin during the cliff hanger discussion and his "there will be..." tag, sounds like a nod to "There Will Be Blood", like the discussion just led his mind there.

Fairly certain the cliffhanger will be when the redcoats drag her out of the river and take her to Randall. The spanking won't be until after the break. They won't want fans to be made at Jamie for too long.

Elizabeth R --- the half Season stops when Jamie is Raped and Torture by Blackjack Randal. Not Claire. They didn't drag her from the River. She went back to the Stones & got caught by the Redcoats & they took her to Blackjack Randall to be questioned & he ends up practically Raping her & she screams & Jamie Recues her by going through a window with only his unloaded pistol & his fists. He hit Blackjack & knocked him out. Jamie took Claire out to some horses waiting outside by his men. It's when he got back to the castle that the men said Jamie he needed to tell her how much they had risked by going to get her. That is why he spanked her. It was for for Jamie's men & not for himself he told her. If it had been only him then he would've not punished her. It was sad that she was horrible to Jamie calling him a Sadist & Cussing him out to where he got very angry at her & then started crying. He told her that all he had a empty pistol & his fists. I felt so sorry for Jamie when he started to CRY & fell down sobbing. I cried for him. That is when I really started to dislike Claire. She constantly was causing poor Jamie grief.

the split season idea? is a very, very bad idea.

A lot of networks are doing it now. I'm sure there are cost benefits to it, otherwise it would be dumb and pointless. It's fine for American shows, because their seasons consist of 15-20 episodes total. But Outlander has such few episodes, it makes it seem as though the show is a miniseries. I understand the show has longer episodes than American tv shows, but it still has that lacking feeling of material for the fans.

My bet about the cliffhanger: when she goes to the rocks and has to choose between Frank or Jamie.

Camila Bautista Well, it didn´t occur to me to end it in the middle of that scene and if they finish it, there wouldn´t be a cliffhanger so much, so... Plus when I read it, it didn´t feel like it either. Once Jamie shows up there, it´s obvious he saves her somehow. In the moment they stopped it, I had smile on my face, sure it will end well.

Cliffhanger? Witch trial.

For me, I think Tobias is so polite not talking over others, a listener! But as Frank he showed anger at the near ambush at night, anger at Claire waiting for her for 3yrs then ,forgive all else but the pregnancy threw him for a loop. As BlackJack he got off on pain! Frank is a normal man deeply in love, and hurt! He'd just f--- you up if you crossed his moral line and self defense!
