I always watch an episode or two most days. What a wonderful show. These guys look a little hungover, don't you think? lol

Look at Diana she’s such a proud mom! She deserves all the admiration and praise. She’s already such a living historical author and storyteller. Her talent and Outlander will be remembered and enjoyed for centuries!

An acquaintance recommended this show to me. I asked her what is it about. She was vague. I asked the genre. She was vague again. I saw what I thought was a little twinkle almost a mischief in her eyes. Now I know why. I basically joined a cult. 😀

I can’t quit watching the show. I’ll probably watch it over and over while waiting for next season

My three favorite characters - Murtagh, Lord John and Jamie.

Diana's Jamie is why the story is so great. That character is why I read all the books

It's funny...to Diana, it's been born from day to day or month to month...she has lived it. It's no great surprise. For the others, it's a story outside of them yet portrayed by them. How very beautiful to see. My question is, what parts of their characters were so far removed from who they really are, that they found it uncomfortable or difficult? Much love and hopes for future!

Was just listening to the nettle scene in Book Two yesterday. One of my all time favourites. I've always been disappointed that it never made it into the series. Exquisite writing.

I'm a horse lover and wish they would talk about the horses they used and if they all were experienced riders. The horses were so beautiful, obviously well trained.

They have said in the past that although all of them had said that they could ride horses, they did all need lessons to prepare them for the riding scenes -- of which there are so many that they really got to know their horses and have favorites.

In an interview I heard. The white horse he rides is a very special horse. He has been in a lot of famous movies with a lot of experience so Sam felt taken care of by this huge horse. Sam missed him after he left the show.

The interviewer is way over the top but the cast and Diana Gabaldon are open and fun as always.

Handsome young men, annoying host and beautiful lady of great talent. Sam's haircut is great!

I was wondering if it was just me that picked up on that. I am in no way perfect, but people like that make my head hurt

I love Sam, he seems so nice and genuine!

Since last month only (May on mother's day infact) i got the chance OUTLANDER by curiousity as it was recommended by a priest friend...perhaps he was fascinated by the story well i was captivated by it absolutely and the major characters oh wow! Sam & Caitriona you both are insanely magnificent in your acting. pray OUTLANDER will grab an award in movie or tv. jamie & sassenach will just give my dream a reality💜💜💜

I never miss an episode.

It's so cool to hear from some of the cast of Outlander - Duncan - David - Sam - and Diana Gabaldon- I am looking so forward to the next season.

Most likely mesh them together. The season where Bri kills bonnet actually didn’t happen until the next book which should have been the following season.

Me too! Someone wrote that maybe they'd make a full length feature out of the last two books. Arguably there's content that can be cut from 7&8 (books). Haven't finished 9 yet. But fitting everything into Season 8 doesn't seem possible. Also, it's a mystery to me why they'd end it with #8. They've already green lit the prequel. It's not as if we've lost interest in Outlander. Not by a long shot. I don't get it. Very disappointed. 😞

Book 9 is finished (GTTBs). DG has said Book 10 will not be finished before season 8 airs. I pray we get closure, but DG NEVER wanted movies (only 2/2.5 hrs per each) & got a season (at least 8 Eps) per book. SRH (and most of the others) would do what ever it takes, but CB is done. Her acting is still good, but personally she's moving on.

This MC is insanely manic. 😱

This was so much fun to watch!❤

Why are they shouting. I can't wait for Season 7. I've read books 1 to 6 and watched Seasons 1 to 3 times❤

We get a season 8, bring back Duncan. These guys are the nicest people in the world. Diana is a genius. I read the first 8 books in six weeks, because I write also. My books are about true events . Unfortunately, a serial killer stalked and took me. He shot me, but I got away. 8 didn’t.

It turns out that Ed Grimley is much less fun in real life

I've only seen a tear when Claire didn't leave him and go back to Frank. that was it. Not someone who cries.

I remember him tearing up when he was about to have sex with Mrs Crook in the cave . Then he says “ this is just something I always do “ …..I think he just didn’t want to his crying to make her feel bad 😢……I think he may have shed a tear after Murtagh dies too .

He cries not only at the time you mentioned, but at Wentworth when BJR cuts off his shirt, with Mary McNab in the cave just before he kisses her, when Murtagh dies (after he throws down the coat), when he tells Murtagh he relieves him of his oath and to hide, when he sends Claire back before Culloden, and at the Big House after burying Murtagh. Jamie internalizes and doesn't show what he's thinking or feeling very often. 😭

@@jacksonlinda5919 Don’t forget Jamie cried when he sent Claire back through the stones as well as at the very end of S5 E1. That, to me was just as powerful as when Murtaugh died.

The series is wonderful, however, the books have so much more in explaining subtleties like why Alec changed her opinion of Claire, the water horse etc…

I like how enthusiastic the host is and like the questions! Great panel!! I do miss seeing Caitriona on there, though!

I think that now that she has a young child, she will probably be doing less traveling for the PR/fan activities. Once they finish shooting season 7, we might see her at some events outside the UK.

The screen writers should stick to the scenes as Diana wrote them. The always work the best.
