O my goodness. This is so on time. I have been really feeling this way too. It's been probably like 5 months now but this time last year I started questioning everything about my taste in just movies and even KZread videos. I meditate first thing every morning for an hour. Have been doing this going on 3+years now. It’s a non-negotiable for me and how I must start my day. I must do this as I am a SPED Teacher. Earlier in the week I kept hearing a song in my head, “There is nothing left that can hold you down.” Also, the number of likes when I came across this message was 173 or 11 and 19 comments, very specific numbers for me.
