Your style is much closer to your "average Joe" than many other channels that create fashion content but forcefully try to combine elements that are outside of people's reality. I clearly see myself using the channel combinations, continue with your content and it will easily reach 1kk subs. BTW your editing and humor are very nice

@@TheStyleConsultant Most other channels have been around for a while and they keep repeating the same old "style rules" that were around when they got started. They refuse to evolve and are afraid to stray away from the same advice they've been giving for years. Some have fast-talking people screaming at the camera and I find that a turn-off. I understand that a lot of these channels depend on sponsors for revenue, but I dislike the disingenuous way they go about bringing up their sponsors. It makes me, as a viewer, lose respect for their content. I also appreciate the way you try to be different when asking people to like and subscribe. It goes beyond the usual "smash the like button" stuff. Just a fresh approach all around.

Amazing video. Do you have any suggestions or modifications for hot climate? I work in the office with air conditioning but I don’t think I would include a turtleneck in my wardrobe.

The switch from minimal white sneakers to loafer sneakers actually feel nice for professional setting. I always feel like minimal sneakers are way too casual for most business meeting, rather save it as white sporty ones for casual, and the loafers for office

Could you do a video on smart casual for the office? I work in the office of a refinery and most of the outfits shown in this (great!) video are a little too much unless you are in senior management (and even for them the go to outfit is jeans and a shirt with too many patterns 😂). I want to look and feel great but not in such a way that I stand out too much. Also love your channel. I really don't know why you don't have 1 million + subs

ETON dress shirts are one of my Favs…there are only a few companies in the Fashion World that are “Shirtmakers” …AKA Shirt Craftsmen and some even have their own Mills and manufacturer their shirting fabric. No, I don’t work for them and there are other companies like Pink etc.

Could do the same for a capsule wardrobe for a non-casual business setting?

Great information in these video,what is the difference between business casual and smart casual?,can you do a video on that pls?

Usually a pretty easy difference. Business Casual means business attire (meaning trousers, no denim) a collared shirt, usually no neck tie and somewhat formal shoes (oxfords, loafers) plus a blazer or sports coat. Smart casual is a notch below. Trousers or chinos, collared shirt or turtleneck sweater, though oxford shirts are also ok. Same as above, sports coat or blazer and for shoes less formal, suede loafers, Derbys in suede or Chelsea Boots. You can also try sneakers, but that brings the formality a bit down I would say.

What is the rule with wearing a belt when your shirt is tucked in? Does it depend on the type of chinos/trousers? I like that look and have tried it, but I had multiple people comment on the fact that I needed a belt (my pants fit fine without it). Any tips would be appreciated!

I like the outfits overall , but for some reason I can’t make myself like sneakers with business casual clothing .. it just doesn’t look good to me especially with contrast soles .. I think loafers are the sneakers of the business casual wardrobe

6:28 Bold move, you get shouted down and bullied by the Dereks of menswear if you recommend a dress sneaker. The absolute hate that shoe gets, is irrational. The plain navy suede dress sneakers you showed are perfectly acceptable for a smart casual outfit, and for some business casual outfits. Although I am not a fan of hybrid sneakers that incorporate elements of other shoes into sneakers. That's just not a good combination. Just pick a plain low-top sneaker shoe with muted colours like navy, brown or black, made in leather or suede, with a slim sole, and no sporty elements like logos or flashy edge lining.
