Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

There much more than just placing a TV outside. Video quality, weather and safety and big issues. At the time I posted this video there was not much mentioning these items or going over much of anything with placing TV’s outside. This video goes through the details to make you better prepared.

idk if anyone else has already said this but paint your back fence. that thing is a reflector for light since its white. if you paint it brown even. it will make way less glare on your tv

The problem is the panel maybe 700 nits but the filter used negatively impacts the effective brightness.

I bought the cheapest 55 inch that Costco had and put it in a Rubbermaid cabinet outside. It’s perfect 65% of the time. The sun angle and tv placement is just as important as brightness. My tv is on the North side of my patio so no sun glare in the summer but unwatchable in winter when the sun is in the south of the sky.

I bought a hisense roku tv 55 inch at target for less than 300$ two years ago. It was great up until two days ago just stopped working. I would never pay for an outdoor tv. at less than 300 I can just go buy another.

Looks as bright as a regular tv when viewing outdoors 😪. Very disappointing, especially for the price. I don't think giving it shade will help you as your area is well shaded. I have a similar pool area as yours (even same shade at the same time... in Puerto Rico) and your video was very helpful. Thanks.

Seems like you have the older version. The current model has a built in WIFI extender as well as other improvements. The new Furrion models are all Smart TVs now. Furrion also has a full sun model with a 1000 nit rating for around $2600. I'm having one installed next week by my pool which gets full sun all day. Let's see how it does. I also have a 12 ft Cantilever umbrella which has a base with wheels. I plan on rolling the umbrella over to where the tv is gonna be and use it for extra shade if the full sun is too much for it.

I just had the new 55" Furrion Full Sun Smart TV installed. I give it 5 stars! !! The picture is clear and pretty bright, especially considering that I only paid $2699 !! I placed it on a shed wall next to my pool on swivel mount made by Furrion. (Swivel mount is a must!!). The picture in full sun is bright and clear. I have a 12 ft Treasure Island Sunbrella umbrella with a wheeled base which is easily maneuvered to shade the TV but I was pleasantly surprised to see that I didnt need it at all! . The built in WIFi extender works great, and it comes with 2 remotes. Very nice build quality! Even the installers were impressed. They said that this set competes with sets costing over 8k! Furrion really stepped up their game! The Furrio soundbar was easy to install and works well. The 4K HDR screen is crisp and clear. Of course my living room OLED Sony has a better color range but for an affordable outdoor TV, Furrion is excellent. It costs 1/4 the price of a Samsung outdoor TV but it's not 1/4 the quality!! It holds its own and is a tremendous value! There is NO need to spend double to quadruple the price. This TV is awesome!

I'm using Firestick and using the TV's built in speakers. However using a soundbar should be easy. It's a physical plug. The TV model doesnt support wireless audio connectivity

750 nits is average for outdoor use. You need at least 1,000 nits if you're not putting it under some shade.

700nits?! That's not bright at all. That TV is only good for hot and cold resistance, which in my opinion, isn't much for the price. Its still highly reflective, dim, and not waterproof.
