Outdoor kitchen cost??

So you want an outdoor kitchen and you want to know how much it cost? I shopped these and they are expensive! I'm going to show you its way cheaper to DIY then buying a kit or prebuilt by the thousands! This is a more detailed video and I break down the cost. Comment if you made one and how much it cost!

    That looks Awesome! Did you just take the Grill and Griddle off the leg supports to place it directly on your outdoor kitchen build? I’ve seen Videos where the pros don’t suggest this. Also how’s the cement board holding up from the heat?

  • @mycraftathome1

    @mycraftathome1

    5 күн бұрын

    Yes, I just took the legs off of the Blackstone and the smoker, I’ve seen videos that you’ve mentioned where certain companies don’t suggest this but I think if you give something like the Blackstone enough space on each side advance I’ve had no issues with the cement board at all the companies that also suggested our charging thousands of dollars for something like this as well. Thanks for watching!

    Love it, but what about the black stone? Will it be ok sunken down around wood? Mine gets hella hot on the sides

  • @mycraftathome1

    @mycraftathome1

    10 күн бұрын

    The heat from the Blackstone does vent on the sides, but I left enough space on each side and I did the interior surround with cement board so it just deflect the heat out. No issues so far, thanks for watching!

    do you have the measurements of the frame available ? i have been designing something so similar to what you built i was so excited to see someone with it so that i may visualize it.

  • @mycraftathome1

    @mycraftathome1

    Thanks so much for watching! I built in sections. The typical countertop depth is 24-25 inches, I made the frame 23 inches so I can have on over hang of half inch front and back. For the length I measured out sections. From right to left up until the end of the Blackstone is one section, the second section is the other half. You can make this to fit your needs. Countertop space is preference, and the length for the smoker is 42 inches. You got this!

    Nice!!! I did the same thing back in 2020, and found out that for the size I built, the cost to get it done was in double digit thousands. This was my first outdoor kitchen build, and I learned alot. Check out what it looks like: kzread.info/dash/bejne/dWmnxJKbfJmeldI.htmlsi=Xnk83Sa7qPs18L_W
