So your bathroom is a Florida bathroom too by the beaches. Really cool. These bathrooms exist in the gazebo restaurant / bars also. Even my leasing office has these gorgeous bathrooms. Usually is a 3rd bathroom for outdoor dining patrons too. This is so cute. Don't be afraid to install a small outdoor shower too. Hooked to the sink plumbing.

Did you do yours? Right now and I'm thinking about doing 1 a.m. about a 5 by 6 on the exterior of the house and thinking rather I need to temperature control it or not. I guess if it's well-insulated it should not need to be temperature controlled because it won't be connected to anything actually doing another small addition to the kitchen living room morning room and I don't want to it's not going to be connected in the sense where it will be able to be temperature controlled by the split unit controlling those other areas.

Would this count as an add on?

MR.HMONG there are endless benefits to having one. Less bugs going in the house because the doors will be opening and closing less. I hate bugs!!

Grizzled Old Dude I did the bathroom because we entertain a lot and I didn’t want dripping kids coming through my house to use the bathroom. Everyone uses it when we are poolside.

I see the swimming pool ...... with lots of children, you need a toilet handy for them, so they don't go tracking water in the house ..... from experience

@@reemdabish104 I'm about to do something similar and trying to decide whether I need to temperature control it or not because it will be used sparingly for the most part and when we have get-togethers and stuff which is not a lot to be honest. So I think if it's insulated it should be okay with maybe having a fan or something if necessary for the summer may not even need it

Cee j it’s perfectly fine with out air conditioning or heat. We live in Michigan, so we shut it down in the winter with winterizing the sink and toilet.

Nina Iris, yes it is an add on. Just depends what you mean by an add on. Most likely you will need to find a contractor to build you this after building the house first.
