It happened with all balloons outside, but on the picture or video you don't see it that much.

Hey Miss Lady, it's me again. Where do you buy your balloons from? They are rich, solid colors (can't see through them) and I love that. The bag looks like they are Qualatex or Sempertext but I couldn't see the name clearly.

Yes, I use mostly Qualatex balloons. List of the official retailers who sell this balloons you can find on a Qualatex website, just choose a store in your city.

How did you attach the garland outside? Was it only using water balloons?

If you have anything to attach balloon garland to you can use it (maybe three, bushes and etc)
