Physically possible levels are those that can be completed using the usual method, but theoretically these are those levels that are on a magic engine where there are no restrictions

Yes. The click counter systems only count 1 click per frame. So the click and fps requirements are nearly identical. Also, these levels wouldn't work in our universe and are made for a theoretical GD engine that can't exist
