Solution: to get the DRV 1.7.3 you need to Go Flash and down to downgrade exploit :) then confirm with yes and you can start the menuever :)

If you are in germany then its Locked, with have to install software manually to do so u will need to open the scooter controller methode called ST LINK DOWNGRADE
