Awesome!!! I finally understand what a great servo can do. I put a 555 in my TRX4 sport. The Lasernut had gone from stock (can't turn), to a spare traxxas 2075x (could turn), to a Amazon 35kg that works ok. After I get it set up with the available Vitavon parts servo is.next!

Trenchers tires on F-11 rims work on the lasernut just fine. Michael's hobbies

I’ve purchased from Michael’s before. I don’t want a lot of weight if I can avoid it and these sand paws are relatively light.

I think you add in the perfect amount of information and seriousness to these videos. Good job! Sure I like watching Kevin when I just want to see antics, but for parts decisions I come straight to you. Thank you for being a good balance, or just being you. Whichever that is lol

Your lucky here is wet Cold nasty and did I say super wet and cold. I straight up dream of such stuff. Vitivon basically out of reach due to price. Literally who can afford 1 or 200 dollars for a crawler axle. Some companies are charging crazy crazy prices targeting bill gates of RC. Well one day I just might get a old used piece if I’m lucky. 😂

Well, companies like Vitavon and Vanquish spend a lot of money and time to design and produce these parts. They aren’t cheap but in many cases you buy once and you’re done. You can repair things with cheap components and after a few of those parts, pieces, lost play time and repair time, the price tag isn’t so bad. But I understand how expensive these things can be. Almost all my vehicles are at or over $1k. Buying the vehicle itself can be the cheap part.

I have the 500 on my Maxx with the Badlands 3.8. Such a fun setup. Reef puts out such a good quality product.

It seems more dune buggy than rock racer, but I love it. Same class as the Ryft? That reefs 400SC is impressive, I am a big fan of their stuff. I have a Triple5 in my TRX and it's very quiet (amazing) and powerful.

this is full independent, ryft is solid axle, also chassis is very different so I don't see them in the same class

You've made some great necessary upgrades I've used Hot racing parts on my db pro however I'm not putting a Reefs in my db pro it works great with a $20 all metal digital servo my 2 LMT'S have a Reefs 400sc with the Treal housing's & c- hubs, I totally agree rtr servos barley get it done, thank's for sharing Joe 😉👍

If the description on amain said waterproof I’d get this but I’m going with raw400 for my granite with copperhead 3200kv combo

With the new servo, would I need to buy anything else to install it? I see that little blue board that it looks like it’s plugged into.

My Lasernut has gone bye bye 👋 Sold for Great price and bought New eflite T28 1.1m 😊 I don't think I'll get rid of the LMT it's a Sweet monster Truck with so many possibilities 😀 I Don't know whether to get the Ryft or a Drag Car.. Are you getting the New Losi 69' Camero 22s Drag Car?? Would really love to see what you did with that or the DR10👍😆

Really? You should try the Alacritous 300. I have that in my ebuggy and it’s insanely fast and plenty strong enough for it. I have a video of it too.

it has the steel vitavon spur and a 14t pinion out of the LMT

Has anyone found a beadlock wheel that fits the Lasernut?

Would the castle 1415 2200/2400kv motor work. They have great power. I use it in my bomber and it rips

I hear the newest versions are better than the one this "was" I say was because its finally modded enough to be reliable. At first it wasn't good at all.

Yeah I have with the stock motor. The motor in there now is the 3150kv and 4S is a bit much for that in this vehicle.

Paddle tyres destroyed my diffs

I'm not to pleased with my 422hd. It doesn't have the power I expected it to but I need to verify it's not on 5.5 or 6v
