She said it twice “I don’t care if he is his” very strange way of saying that.

Whenever they say “I don’t care whether the child is his or not” 99.99% of the time the guy is not the father.

When she said I'm the momma and the daddy and was being dismissive of his contributions I knew it was a strong possibility but when he said she be gone for weeks I knew she was with the actual childs father and probably some drug abuse

Judge Mathis was hurt at the end he granted her the money as he was walking out he couldn’t even look at her anymore

Actually I’d disagree. If the father isn’t there then he isn’t there. The mother being there and feeding negativity into the child is much worse. It’s actually the problem we have no. Everybody wants to blame black men but black men only make up 20% of baby daddies. Black children are mostly raised by black women who are children themselves.
