Ours was around $3.19 a gallon, until Sheetz opened. Then, everywhere else dropped about 20 cents.

My first memory of Sheetz was 29 years ago when I was working in the Maryland area. Fellas I worked with were from PA and said Sheetz had great hotdogs. So for lunch we would always go there if one was nearby. The stores weren't as big as they are now. All those machines are confusing to me.

Sheetz is expanding like crazy! They are putting two in my home town in Ohio. Prices reflect convenience.

Evening guys, great video, happy for your town that you now have a Sheetz had no idea they had such a selection of food and drinks 🥤 especially shakes. It would be nice to be able to stop in for a quick snack or sandwich if needed when in a hurry. Not sure I could operate all the new fangled touch screens though. Have a great weekend.

There is a Sheetz about a mile from my house. Y'all's is bigger than ours. I'm jealous. The first Sheetz I ever saw was in Winston Salem. I stopped there for coffee on my way to work every morning. With my rewards card I would get a free coffee occasionally. I always knew it was gonna be a good day when I got free coffee.

Absolutely. It's always a good day when we get something free, isn't it? We're not coffee drinkers but we sure did enjoy getting the freebies last week that they were offering. We were at one in Thomasville 2 weeks ago, it wasn't nearly as nice as our new one is. We really like it.

One of the things we missed the most when we moved from Mocksville to Brevard was Sheetz ! There are none in this area 😢! Great video as always!! Thanks!

They tried to open up a sheets here in the downriver area of Michigan, Michigan and they won’t let them build one there but it looks real nice. I wish they would.

I live in Johnstown, Pa. which is very close to Altoona, Pa. We have Sheetz’s throughout our city so they have been around for quite some years. They monopolize our area and they are always busy. I get more excited when I see a WaWa or Royal Farms when I visit Delaware and Maryland. If this Sheetz has Galliker’s dairy products and ice teas the company is from my hometown. Anytime I visit out of town family, I have to take coolers full of the gallons of ice tea. The company is known to be a great place to work. My sister worked for one of our stores. I really want to go to a Buckee’s. Coffee is good 👍🏻. Glad you are excited about having a Sheetz. The restrooms are usually very clean. Open 24/7 all year round. Take care D & S ❤

Thank you for watching. We do not have a Wawa near us. We see them when we are in Florida, though. We've been in those, as well. They're nice. Buc-ee's is on a whole different level than either Sheetz or Wawa. If you get a chance to visit one, I think you'll be impressed. The only thing I noticed about what dairy brands they carry, was the milk. That was Maola brand. I'll have to try and notice what other dairy product brands there are next time I'm in there. Someone else also commented, that they had worked there and it was a great place to work. Glad to know that. Thank you again for watching and for commenting.

Live in PA not too far from Altoona . Sheetz was my daughters favorite store growing up. When she moved to Lenoir to work at Dudley Shoals Elementary the closest one was in Hickory. She was so excited to here about Granite Falls getting one. Laughed when the self checkout didn't work , happened to my daughter also. Have you tried the Frankie's Pizza in Lenoir?

Wow, you have a daughter that teaches at Dudley Shoals? My wife went to Dudley Shoals in her elementary school years. I went to Granite Falls Elementary. I've been in the Sheetz in Hickory one time, but I'm very glad to have one closer to us. We have not yet made it to Frankie's in Lenoir, but we will. We usually go to the one next to Walmart in Granite.

sheetz were big in northern ohio and now they are in the dayton,ohio area my wife loves their salt pretzels and a buccees is being built here also

Gas does tend to be higher around Atlanta, than in other areas of Georgia. We usually get it pretty reasonable down around Valdosta, or even up around Commerce. But around Atlanta, it seems to really jump in price.

Sheetz is the best. Stop every morning for coffee. Be safe from WV

Not sure if they are up in your area, or not. I know they have been expanding down this way for a while. They are based out of Pennsylvania.

This is a video from close to our home in Ligonier, Pa. We are an hour away from Altoona Pa. We have Sheetz all around us. In comparison to McDonald’s everywhere. We have one 3 miles from our house. And probably 10 in a 20 mile radius. We noticed when we go to Myrtle Beach through West Virginia and North Carolina they are migrating South. Our gas prices here in Ligonier is 389 a gallon. They have some really great milkshake flavors that we want to try. Glad we are not yet paying that much for gas. Summer before last, it was over $4 per gallon. Glad it isn't still. That is neat, that you have so many of them near you. We have 2...this one in our town, and the next town over, about 10 miles away.

Awesome. When we leave our house to head to Cherokee or TN, we pass a bunch of sheetz off I40. We usually stop by at least one. Rocky Mount usually, and it's the closest to us. Maybe we will see y'all at one some day heading to the Smokys.

Wow it’s so very nice big space new Sheetz. Yes, I heard my hometown Asheville see on website, who’s news and my instagram page said start plan new Sheetz. Oh 😲 but I not know where direction area yet. I can’t wait see new Sheetz in Asheville. 🤔

I didn't realize that they were opening these this far south. They are all over the Pittsburgh, Pa area.

Yes, there have been Sheetz stations down here for several years now. Just not one in our hometown. Prior to this, the nearest one was about 10 miles away. Glad to have one closer.

If you go up to the Pittsburgh pa area everything you get in Pittsburgh like the burgers sandwiches and hogies they serve them with French fries on top of them

Looks like the newer Sheetz's are getting bigger and bigger. My hometown Sheetz is just a tad bit smaller, it was built in 2009 after replacing an earlier Sheetz that was built in the early 80s.

This one is really nice. The older one we were in last week, was much less impressive.

We have 3 SHEETZ with in probably 5 miles or so from our house, so they get our money often lol. Ginger likes thier Meatball sub . I personally haven't eaten there too much and really can't remember what I've tried except for the hot dogs . Glad yall have one close by. If they by chance have the RED VELVET WHOOPIES PIES, try them because they are great. I haven't seen them in our locations lately and they may be seasonal but they have other flavors.

I know sheetz is going through an expansion to they use to just be in the Cleveland Ohio and Akron Ohio they expanded down to the Columbus Ohio area and there also are going to be building in the Dayton Ohio area and there also are going to be building in the state of Michigan to around Detroit

I live in Pennsylvania in the area where wawa and sheetz compete against each other and apparently wawa is going to be building in north Carolina I think they just opened there 1st store back in May in the outer banks wawa is based out of the Philadelphia area

Yes, we are cheaper than some areas, but there are still a few states that are even cheaper than us. I guess it could be worse than what we are paying. We were around $3.19 a gallon until this store opened. It dropped about 20 cents at that time.
