How do people buy 8-15 properties over time through your mortgage structures plus properties should be bought under corporation or private name taxation issues and how to maximize the tax savings etc….you might need to research n get the most genuine info out there I am sure you guys will be able to get down to the truth 😊

Beautiful renovation Shilpa. You guys are so lucky to find right people. Here in Vancouver everything is so expensive. We had taken so many estimates for renovations...and it is only 1100 sq ft. Same renovations as yours and estimates are almost close to $100 000 😭 just so frustrating!

I liked your videos Shilpa. and today finally Amit came into this video... how you guys manage the time to arrange/manage the things... we are living in a small basement and didn't get extra time our kid is almost 4 year old, not going to school.. so we didn't get time..

It was only for walls..only some places in the house, not the whole house..not the kitchen and the windows..material included

Shilpa.. After renovation the look of your house really changed..It”s more beautiful now.. But personally I would say you guys spent a lot . That’s fine I understand your emotions and expectations for the house..But At last, I would say control your expenses now. Just because Nowadays I am hearing that people are losing job because of recession and finding a new job is also very difficult in the market.. Pls don’t mind my words but keep this in mind always..You guys have really done a lot of hard work.. May God always bless you and your family in this beautiful home!!😊

Everything looking nice and reflects your personality. House looking like a prized home with lot of creative touch. By the way you saved @ least 50% on your renovations by getting great deals on everything specially on kitchen and stairs. Right now property prices are down in Canada so not much value add with this renovation but we did it for ourselves so it’s ok

Yes you are right..... right now it's down but it will definitely grow because lots of immigrants are coming....and when intrest rate will start decreasing your property will appreciate and gain equity.....

Fallingbrook School has great ranking in Whitby..sorry. Don’t know much about all the schools here but u can always check these things on realtor websites like house sigma or the Canadian home
