Luke’s pick of the patron and his family that lived in the lost village was excellent. I enjoyed that one too. Amazing that John Maybe contacted you and talked of the cottage, I loved this episode. I hope we get more vlogs about the lost village.

Julie and Luke’s interaction cracks me up. They’re so perfect together; Julie enunciating clearly and well heard and Luke kind of quietly articulating underneath Julie’s words. They seem so totally down to earth and make you feel sincerely welcome into their lives via these vlogs. VERY enjoyable and lots of fun!

The apple picking was great. I love the garden tours and being able to see what blooms in what season. The animal episodes are great too. I’m looking forward to Luke’s parents showing treasures of the house. That will be incredibly fascinating.

My top videos from your channel are the ones with both Julie and Luke and your playful banter. The Earl and Countess of Sandwich are also a delight. It is the human factor of joy and commitment to preservation of Mapperton that really makes this channel.

Apple picking next hear won’t be nearly as amusing without Luke. You two bickering is a high point of many videos.

I love the Christmas episodes, the chocolate ice-cream episode with your father-in-law, and the garden tours with your mother-in-law. They are both so knowledgeable! Thanks for the fun glimpses into such a beautiful place in the world.

Would love to hear the story of how Luke’s parents met and about their wedding.

I loved the actually educational video where y'all went mushrooming, confirming the safety with your app, cooking & eating them & Luke's reaction of actually liking them fresh, after all. I thought he was such a good sport! Isn't it so different to taste something absolutely fresh, as opposed to store-bought which we didn't like? Loved it!

I discovered your channel via the pool clean up video which I thought was fabulous because Julie is just a fantastic presenter. But my most favourite video so far is the white park cattle. And, I might be imagining this, but there is an outside chance that I was that person who toured Mapperton and made the comment about the curtains. It would have been early 2000s . 🤭

My favorite scene is the one with your mother talking about the artwork of the manor, "The third piece of plaster in position is a reproduction of a very small part of the frieze from the Temple of Bassae in the Peloponnese, and it shows Amazon women being defeated by Greek men - which is incredibly irritating. Often when I'm taking tours around, I say this to people and I see women looking really quite put out by it.

All the videos are lovely but I particularly liked the scenes where Nestor was spending time with Luke to look at the photos that his night cam took or basically just the videos where he gushes about his rewilding project. It’s just something you don’t see everyday where teens are that interested in the environment and actually doing something about it outside of school work.

I watched the pool cleaning video because I was curious to see what an 18th century pool looked like. LOL

I LOVED this video! I enjoy when you. Both are speaking and updating us. Looking forward to your parents - thank you to those who creat these videos and behinds the scenes..

Love your videos!! They are all my favorites. My ancestry is all England and Scotland. I spent a week in London a few years ago. I want to go back to see Mapperton and some of the beautiful English countrysides. Looking forward to a new year of Mapperton Live.

I really enjoyed watching this episode. My favorite video so far is the Apple Picking episode. Luke definately has to be un-fired.
