Hi Janaja. I hope you take this in love (its not meant to offend). But, animals have spirits, not souls like that of humans. When your breath leaves your body, your soul exists outside of this realm. Animals are confined to this realm.

@@_dmorrow How do you know? That's just a belief of yours! Why shouldn't animals have souls if humans have? They are also personalities who think and feel. And in the end humans are animals too. It's just human arrogance that made us believe we're something special. And that arrogance led also to the cruel treatment of animals.

@@janajacoby3391 ma’am, you should be happy you have the emotions/heart, mind, and will to interfere like this lady does, who tried to help all these animals here. This doesn’t have to be a bad thing, that you’re making. We have the ability and strength to intervene when animals do get hurt or need our assistance. You have the ability to feed your animal, pray for them, get them help (rationalize), and think in a way that can bring help to them, that they otherwise would not be able to bring to themselves, had you not interfered. If what I say were not true, and we were in fact equal to the animals, many animals would be left to fend for themselves. And, animals such as pigs, sheep, and even horses would unfortunately be left to die without our intervention. You should be happy to know that when your animal has an emergency and gets hurt, or if one of your animals is in labor and the baby gets stuck, YOU have been blessed enough with a soul so strong enough that you can interfere and save that animal’s life or have the ability to call on another human (vet, etc) with a soul who has the strength and intellect to perform a life-intervening surgery. Now its a choice because you don’t have to. But the point is that you have been blessed enough with the abilities to.

You have been given special abilities so that you can maximize their lives, if necessary. Do you know the strength and abilities that you wield? Ma’am, you are so blessed that you have the mind, will, and heart/emotions so amazing, that you can intervene on saving another living entity’s life. If you see another being on the side of the road, half dying, (i assume) you have the ability to think in a way that can help save, and otherwise, maximize their life. You have the ability to adopt an animal; to feed, strengthen, pray for, teach, and otherwise maximize their life, where they would not be able to on their own. If your animal needs medical attention or is in labor, and the baby gets stuck, you have the ability to save that being’s life. If what I say were not true, had Lek not interfered with these pigs, they would have likely died. I wish it were true, that if a good-hearted veterinary were dying, that a piggie could do the same things to help he/she or other beings in the wild.

This whole video makes me cry. We treat animals so badly and they all have feelings..Thank you for saving them!

For those who just watched, this was on accident/rescue day. 30 pigs survived, 11 died. ENP buried those which died(Darrick's FB hv a pic on this) The vets X- ray the pigs the next day. 3 pigs have injuries which maybe need surgery. 1 needed pins put in & a splint.

A heartbreaking sight. There are very few people to quickly extract the poor pigs from the iron vice.

Boy that is too sad seeing them squished in probably some dead. Tears but thank God ENP staff was there.

They don't yet know how blessed they are and their life is going to be changed for ever 💜

Absolutely HORRIFYING!!!! I shudder to think of the terrible injuries these poor pigs suffered & the trauma they have experienced. Human inflicted cruelty knows no bounds & all so people can "enjoy" a meal - sickening!!! 😡😡😡 Thank you ENP team for rescuing the survivors 🙏 R.I.P to those poor babies that didn't make it 😭😭😭💔💔💔 What will happen now? There was to many packed in truck. They ended up dying, instead of being rescued. Do not put so many in truck, get more trucks!
