I've watched many of your hotel reviews. The Durango is, in my opinion, the best you've featured. I'm not sure if it was your editing, outstanding visual presentation. Maybe it was the many food & beverage options available or the room itself, but I loved this video. I actually watched it twice before commenting. Your channel is of my favorites and can't wait for the next adventure!

I love the Durango so far! I can’t wait to do a staycation there (once the rooms are a LITTLE less than $524 😳).

I'd stay here before Fontainbleu. If I want a room in an airport I'll go to an airport. Durango looks cozy and inviting. Too expensive for me though.

This is kinda mind blowing…I remember when the station casinos were not high on the list of places to stay lol. Many years ago I stayed at the palace station before the remodel and it was the cheapest crap room and an annoyance for being off strip. Now the station casinos are kinda well thought of for being all contained…palace station even had the oyster bar all the way back then…but my lord , $500 plus and not even a mini fridge? I can’t 😂😂lol

I stayed at the Virgin for 2 nights a few weeks ago with my cousin. Then we stayed at the D Downtown for another two nights. 4 nights total and airfare on Southwest from Boise was five hundred dollars each. Sorry Durango, but I'd be staying at Virgin again. I'm curious why you gave the bed 3 and a 1/2 stars. But at the end, you said it was cozy and you slept well .I definitely wouldn't pay $500 a night for a place at the bed, which wasn't 5 stars.

This is a beautiful hotel, but those room rates are ridiculous and way off the strip most definitely they’re going to have to go down!!! I can stay multiple days for that price on the strip or downtown.

I would have paid that price if it had a private infiniti pool and a great sky view

Thanks For The New Video , $524 for one night is too expensive for my wallet . I spend less than $250. 00 for 4 days and 4 nights for the golden gate or D Casinos on Fremont Street . Then I spend less than $250 for my food budget . ✌🏼❤️🙏🏼🎰🎲🎲💰💰💰💰💰💰

I’m sorry Dave and Tonya, me and my wife saw nothing that we’d be willing to pay $500+ per night for. We’re sticking with the Cosmopolitan on the strip. What did we miss that makes it worth it? It looks nice, but not that nice.

Since I do not do Vegas (too old) it is mind blowing how the casinos have changed and what they have to offer. Back in the day I lived at a casino for three months and my room was $26 with tax. However there were only a few restaurants in the casino. It was bought out by the same owners of this casino. I would have lunch at the buffet for $5.00 and leave a dollar tip. Unfortunately, on a fixed income I would not be able to afford this price but I do spend $250 for a room. I so enjoy you both. You brighten up my day.

Looks like a beautiful hotel and the food options look amazing but those prices will need to come down (I am sure they will overtime). There are a lot of places both on and off strip that are just as great and not that expensive.

We were able to check it out on opening night. Very impressed with the property and the food choices, but the room rate needs to be cut in half. That is way overpriced for being so remote, but they also do not have that many rooms. The sports book and the food hall are both worth it, but I wouldn’t stay there for that price. Also, enough with resort fees, especially when the pool is closed.

Reading through google reviews and 2 consistent things that I saw was smelly smoke odor and high prices. There is no way in hell I would pay that kind of money for a room with those limited amenities. I was somewhat wishful thinking when I started watching the video that those snacks were included in the price. Great video and love you guys!

went during the week same room is 230 with the resort fee included per night so its deff cheaper now,especially during the weekdays.

Now thats a lot for the cheapest room i know they are getting ready for the new year and also getting ready for the super bowl and they these hotels are like chin chin chin make that money and thanks for sharing happy holiday ❤

Enjoyed y'all's video but for that price I'd rather have a room without the pricey drinks and snacks and have a little fridge. Who needs all that? I guess the wealthy. 🤔

I saw some comments saying the price was too high for Vegas. They're not even in Vegas. There are 25-minute trip to the strip. Good luck Durango you end up like a Arizona Charlie's

I just looked up the prices for this room, and it looks like they’re charging $399 for most nights-with one exception. They’re charging (get ready for this) $799 for New Year’s Eve!!! So on one hand, it looks like they have brought the price down slightly. But on the other hand, if there’s something major happening, expect to pay through the roof-and still have to pay for your drinks in the fridge!!!

Did you guys build a time machine and stay there on New Year's Eve? I can't think of any other reason why that room in that location would be so expensive.

I can’t believe how much it cost to stay at that property. Does it at least have parking included for that price or is that an additional charge.

The rate went from $419 to $524? How much was the resort fee? They won't be able to sustain those rates IMHO,

Prices always posted low, but room taxes etc. are never advertised. I’ve never paid the posted room rates, as there are ALWAYS hidden fees, not just in Vegas 😢

Heck I can drive to the real Durango in an hour.

I think most ppl are like me and never touch the mini bar ...especially in Vegas. So it baffles me that they can not just provide a mini fridge. Do they really make that much off the ppl that do take from the mini bar? Place looks great. Hopefully that price comes down.

Thanks for the video but I really think you spent too much, especially being off the strip. Not much was seen in the bathroom AND NO REFRIGERATOR!!! Ouch !!

Ate at Uncle Paulie’s & was unimpressed. $54 for two sandwiches & two salads. Sandwiches were small & bland. Would not recommend.

I've always wondered how do these casinos off strip stay open? People from all over the world don't travel to Vegas to stay and hang out off strip. Locals "say" they don't gamble or gamble that much so who's keeping lights on? Or the locals lying and really addicts?

Why would you support a station casino for $524?

Station Casinos is not the locals favorite. They went with that slogan in the beginning, but have since vacated that title to others that are more local in their offerings. $524.00 just for a room and they still charge for in room ameneties? I have read seveval reviews from other sites and the majority were of the opinion that restaurants were a little on the high side. You can stay at the real locals place (South Point Casino) for about a quarter of the price with many more options for entertainment that won't set you back a fortune. For thise prices, I want to stay on the Strip. At least then, you are close to the many entertainment options.

I have been there and love the atmosphere and food options but I agree the prices are definitely on the high side. I also am a local and agree that South Point is a true locals place since that is the casino I go to most frequently!

I definitely don't think its worth it at $419 a night! You didn't clarify if it was during the week or the weekend. Those drinks in the minibar fridge should be included in the price of that room. Either you didn't show everything or there was no desk, no table, no tv. I don't like there's no empty mini fridge, or any other amenities at that price! That's definitely a deal breaker/hard pass! Its bad enough no hotels even have a microwave or toaster oven for single rooms! I'm only going to go there to gamble, if i go there at all. I just imagine what it costs to eat there considering the price of the room.

Well that’s not what I expected. I like $5 or $10 minimums but I understand those days are almost gone except for a couple dive casinos. $15 is playable. I expected $25 minimums after seeing the price of the room!

Love you guys and your reviews! The Durango looks awesome, out of my price range though. I’ll spend a lot on a restaurant and set aside money for entertainment and gambling but $500+ for a room, not me. 🤑
