Given what your character was wearing in the car, if you don’t have pants on I can see why the landlords don’t like the look of you. 😂 Seriously though, I really like this game already. The art style is fun, I always love cleaning and selling gameplay mechanics, and you had some amazing luck finding that autographed guitar. Plus I find the car itself a charmingly weird way to get around. When I was a kid I had strange dreams about driving around a city in one of those. Lol. I hope this does well enough to continue, because I really want to see the rest of what this game has to offer.

Considering the E European sim games that have recently come out, that this game is unique and oddball says something indeed!

54:30 super easy to hitch it, noticed how it always place straight right in front of you? goto the back bumper of your car take a few steps back drop it then walk into it to push to the back bump of the car press "E" to hitch

I am totally here for another weird simulator game. This has shades of It's Only Money - curious where this one is going to go.

Grill: to get better stuff you need to level up and to level up sales (including buying/renting,) you need to *sell* items. And preferably *not* search and repair stuff between 8-1300 peak sale hours if items to sell. So use off peak time to do that stuff like the dump. Not sure but think in the beginning, a Table showing your stuff helps attract more people. But, I'd buy local stuff and fix/sell if you sell *all* your stuff in the day than explore before peak time ends and there's a big window, but look for stuff that's fixabe and a good price. "More experience(d) people will display (desirable) items first so move fast before they are gone. More people will sell you items that are not currently on display."

This game looks like fun, I would love to see more! I especially want to see you sell that crazy expensive guitar

I love this one. I think you can move the bench to the back so the stop give lower offers.

Your car remind me of the Flintstones and there's a kid park nearby your trailer there's something there for you to dig up things

TIPS!!! 1, Sell everything at highest price, if the don't like the price they will just offer lower so no downside, once level 3 to "bargain" always set to max they will buy it anyways 2, to dig up the "piles" you need the metal detector (can be found beside the bench at the tool store) 3, Boxes are for the wagon that hooks up to your "car" (wagon can be found at the dump middle of the map) 5 (once your game is updated that fixes the stamina drain in the car) Hold shift everywhere you drive gives massive xp to stamina 6 the dump has 5 dumpsters and few piles you can search so always good to check there everyday

I think you need to get the screwdriver for those guitars. might be able to get more for them.

yout stamina levels up lot faster digging thru trash also there was some pallaets against fence at town dump you missed also queenfish and lordfish did real good job on the playground be sure go check it out oh also your stamina levels up fast cleaning up stuff and repairing also i found if you click the tools and paint all your tools and click on stuff even if it dont light up and there may be spots not lighting up that need be fix be sure check the drawers under your bed in your camper and other draws in it i wasted money on tools cause i didnt find till i done bought also loved your vid as always brother

Bought the game yesterday already helped them fix a few game breaking bugs and a dupe glitch also am sitting at 60k so might try to buy 60k worth of items and sell them all in one big sale lol

Don't understand why the need for a slider on the price settings when a text box is more accurate, faster, and is probably easier to implement. All you'd need is some reference to the average price of various items

Just when I think theres no possible way they can make another type of simulator...here we are...waiting on a trash picking simulator next...

That old phone that was in the dumpster in real life that was actually the first mobile phone ever made I forgot what its called but its a Motorola and it was released I think in 1988 and back then brand new it was $10,000 and I actually have one the thing is massive and it was made pre lithium battery days and I kid you not it took 12 hours to charge fully and would only last 30 minutes on a full charge you also could not under or over charge it or you would break the battery meaning you literally had to unplug it the minute it was done charging and also even funnier the battery was literally the size of the phone and the ringtone is also hilarious and it was made during the time where using your phone while driving was considered kind of ok but I do not know how you can use it while driving cause it literally weighs the same and a brick and as mentioned before after 30 minutes it dies the antenna could also come off and the antenna alone is the same width of an I phone 12 and half the size of a 1st generation Ipod classic

Sorry to say it, but it was kind of funny that GM didn't realize that using a pedal-powered toy car would drain his stamina...
