They weren’t bad songs if we are being honest but I could understand why people told them to change their style and why they needed to change, they would’ve gotten much too consecutive and repetitive eventually and many get tired of repetitiveness. I’m glad they switched their style and concept with Dumb Litty and Red Moon, but Gunshot is truly their most unique concept so far and they are onto to something with the message they are portraying, they should definitely do this for future comebacks.

but kard's always been on the dark side. (don't recall, rumor, you in me) The only bright tropical concept they've done is hola hola. unless you mean bright and tropical in terms of their music production i.e. beats?

BM wrote the lyrics for people who have been or are in an abusive relationship. This is probably one of their more intense/meaningful songs. I think Jiwoo shooting herself at the end was a way to like free herself and the love she had for the person.

QUICK EXPLANATION TO THE MV AND CONCEPT So the whole concept and lyrics of gunshot are about Verbal agression. The explanation that they gave on a video on their yt channel "KARD" is that there are 2 versions of kard. The good and bad one, and the good ones are being victims of verbal agression of the bad one. (Thats why jiwoo kills her evil version in the end) the FANS theory abt the video is that each one of them represent a type of reaction to verbal abuse. SOMIN (the one with purple hair) represents the people who seek those bad coments even though they know it will hurt them. Bc she is addicted to it. BM (the blonde guy) represents the people who doesnt know how to deal or get rid of the pain. JIWOO ( the one with black and white hair) represents the people who get angry and mad bc they are upset. But eventually they manage to "kill" those bad emotions. JSEPH (the guy with short dark hair) represents the people who decided to hurt other with his words in the way that he was. So he gather with the same people who hurted him. But in the end each one of them surpass the damage and dont let that ruin them. **Im really happy u guys enjoy it.
