After watching this blog I can now feel the emotion of the patient... Because during obstetric history we usally ask about the past history of miscarriage.. As am an Assamese we ask as "agot kiba nosto hoisl neki".. But never feel the emotion of the respective patient after asking those Qs.. Today I really can feel it....

Same condition আমার ও হয়েছিল। আমার যখন water leak হয়েছে তখন সকাল ৭:৩০।আর ব্যপারটা বুঝতে বুঝতে , মোটামুটি ঘন্টা খানেক পার হয়ে গেছে।সেই মুহূর্তে আমার পাশে আমার husband ছাড়া কেউ ছিল না। আমার বয়স তখন ১৯ বছর। ভীষন tromatised হয়ে পরেছিলাম।যাইহোক দশটার সময় admit হয়ে,বারোটা একচল্লিশে OT হয়।এখন আমার আঠারো বছর বয়সের ছেলে। তোমার কথায়, আবার সেইদিন গুলোয় ফিরে গেলাম। ভালো থেকো,সব ভালো হবে।

Sneha you both are blessed and so is your baby just like I am and my daughter is because we are survivors!! Though everyone has their own unique pregnancy and giving birth journey - yours is very similar to mine in the sense...past midnight 'haath / pa kapuni' ... I was put in the labour ward in Woodlands with my mother and husband standing outside only to be told that I had dilated and what I thought was water breakage was actually discoloured discharge because my baby was doing 'potty' in my tummy!!! - what followed was 48 hours of sheer agony/anxiety and then an early morning emergency C-section. We survived and today she is going to be 38 on the 10th of July. All of these will go towards your memory bank to treasure forever.
