I cannot express the respect and appreciation i have for Scott. He never takes sponsors He never segments his videos with dube ads. He calls out fake youtuber reactions He never tries to use clickbait or lame thumbnails to grab attention. And most importantly of allhe puts genuine effort and creativity into his videos He has built his channel and success on his own merit. He is the peak of what a youtuber should be and i wish more creators would follow his example.

It’s crazy that they started off with that topic cuz I was just watching Scott’s new Wii U video and I literally thought “this dude has never put little ads in his videos after all these years!” Now that he said that he never even mentions Likes or subscriptions, it’s no wonder his videos remind me of a simpler time in the internet

Revamping the show sounds like a good time to remove the time limit. Occasional 2 hour episodes would be cool (especially if the conversation is just flowing which it felt like it was with Scott).

Huh this feels different...but in a good way! The old show didn't really feel like a podcast, just two guys talking, which is fine. But this looks and feels like a traditional podcast and I love this as well . Can't wait to see where this goes!

wow it’s crazy to see big channels giving light to the little guys like scott the woz.. seems like he’s got some talent in this whole youtube thing.

Man the Wii U era may not have been the best for Nintendo financially, but that era gave us some of the best Nintendo games ever made and the Switch wouldn’t even exist or be a success without it. The ports on Switch only make the Wii U’s legacy even greater. The memories of the Wii U will never die!

Scott needs to be a permanent member!

I'm so happy that Wood continued doing something that brings him joy. And it works!

My predictions that I think are pretty safe : 1. There will be a new Nintendo console. We no longer live in the 90's so a console can't last as long as the original gameboy did anymore without some sort of update. I don't know if it will be called the "Switch 2" or the "Switch" anything. It'll be that, but the name I have no idea. 2. An updated Zelda TOTK will be a launch title for it. I say that only because it worked well for the Switch - BOTW came out for both the Wii U and Switch and it seemed to make everyone pretty happy. I don't see a totally new Zelda title hitting right away - it takes Nintendo awhile to do those. 3. A new 3D Mario title will be introduced. It might be a launch title... if I were Nintendo I'd do that since TOTK has been played so that would be a hard sell for a newer console. But it is more likely a game that'll come out early next year. Basically same schedule as on the Switch. 4. I'd love to see a new Pikmin and pokemon for the new console released before the end of the year. I'll say Pokemon will come out before Jan 1, 2025 for the new console. Pikmin... no idea. 5. The new console will feature streaming to the base for the TV sort of like Google Casting. Just because that seems like a simple thing and that dock has to be changed a bit anyhow since it isn't really great. I assume at least three of these predictions will be right.

Same, I knew Bob as a KZreadr before Wood, but you could tell Bob was so tired of creating podcasts by the episodes. Wood is by far my favorite Nintendo KZreadr.

Who else thinks that we need an entire podcast dedicated to Scott’s cats?

Another Code: Recollection kind of feels like the Resident Evil 2 remake but without zombies. It has similar puzzles as the RE2 remake, like how you have to find a code or pattern to unlock a safe or box or sometimes you have to place items in the correct order to open a door or box. It's a mystery, adventure, puzzle game where you you take control of a girl who is meeting her dad on an island and she hasn't seen him since she was very little. She was raised by her aunt and her aunt goes missing on the island and then the girl (Ashley) gets into the mystery of the family that used to live on the island while looking for her aunt and father.

Scott doesn’t do sponsors because a) he’s not a sellout b) he’s not greedy

Great job on this podcast to Wood and the Nontendo team. This felt like a very organic conversation and it was great to listen to Woz as well. We all support you guys and can’t wait to see what you all accomplish in 2024!

Enjoyed this one! I've been watching Scott the Wozz for years! Hope he's a regular on here. A different Co-host every week seems like the best way to go to keep things fresh. Bob was great, and i've watched his channel long before Nontendo, but I got the impression he was a bit bored of doing this and it came across on screen. Different co-hosts give you more topics to discuss, different opinions and experiences with gaming. It's a lot more interesting!

Scott is probably my favorite KZreadr just for the simple fact he doesn't promote ads and tell his audience to smash the like button and subscribe like every single major KZreadr. He even calls out how unnecessary it is. I skip every sponsored ad in every KZread video and grow tired of the repetitiveness. You don't have to worry about that with Scott's videos.
