I am the owner of a 235 sq yds villa in Bahria Town. The construction quality is very very poor. There is no main gate in my home. Jo chahe backyard me dakhil ho jay!!! I am very disappointed with the design and quality of construction.

Agree with you. Quality of Bahria built villas are not of high end. Better is to buy a plot and construct your own.

Ma sHA Allah beautifully designed house. Some suggestions for you first of all it’s not cubberd they are closets inside of the bedrooms, second your terrace is pretty small in size for a terrace it’s mostly in the size of a gallery but it’s beautiful just make sure young children are looking around the floor and paying attention specially by the stairs steps of your terrace. You definitely need grills/guard rails for your house windows, this is karachi never put your guards down in Karachi lol.

I have visited a similar house and want to say that rooms are very small. They have given extra and very big balconies where we don't spend much of our time. Overall houses and outside areas are good.

the worst this is lack of main gate. no privacy. any one can enter and hide at backyard/side corriders.. all the time u need to close windows and kitchen door. its also giving an incomplete look. be careful so many robbery cases has been reported there.. search on internet.

انتہائی اہم معلومات جو ہم وقتا فوقتا اپنے معزز اور قابل احترام عوام الناس کو آگاہ کرتے رہتے ہیں۔ غور سے اور پورا پڑھیں: بحریہ گوٹھ میں خدا کے لیئے کچھ خریدنے کی غلطی نہ کریں ایک تو شہر سے بہت بہت دور ہے تقریبا آپ کو 180 کلو میٹر روز کا آنا جانا ہے اور پیٹرول کا خرچہ تقریبا 40 سے 60 ہزار ہے۔ بحریہ گوٹھ مافیا کی خباثت نا قابل برداشت ہے آپ سے گھر کے پیسے تو لیتے ہیں اس کے ساتھ اضافی خرچے 1- چابی لینے کا بھتہ تقریبا 2 لاکھ 2 - اسٹریٹ یعنی گلی جہاں آپ نے کبیرا گناہ کیا ہے گھر لے کر کی فیس 6 سے 9 لاکھ 3 - ویسٹ اوپن کا بھتہ تقریبا 6 سے 10 لاکھ 4 - بحریہ گوٹھ انٹری فیس 2 لاکھ روپے 5 - مینٹیننس چارجز تقریبا 3 سے 5 ہزار ماہانہ تو جناب فرض کریں آپ نے انتہائی مارکیٹ سے کئی گناہ مہنگا مکان اس مافیا سے لے بھی لیا تو گھر کی قیمت چھوڑ کر 30 سے 50 لاکھ جیب میں رکھیں جناب۔ میں بھگت چکا ہوں میں نے ایک گھر لیا انتہائ مہنگا کنجروں نےدلوا کر دیا اور اب بیچنے جا رہا ہوں تو یہ کنجر بکوا نہیں رہے الٹا میں نقصان میں جا رہا ہوں بیچنے والے بھی یہ مافیا خود اور لینے والی مافیا بھی یہ خود ہے۔ آپ نے گھر کا سودا کیا بیانا دے دیا جو کہ ان کا انوکھا اصول ہے کہ جی پارٹی وہ چیک کیش کروائے گی تو مانا جائے گا اور اس صورت میں پارٹی مکر جاتی ہے تو وہ ڈبل بیانا آپ کو دے گی ورنہ نہیں چاہے وہ چیک 10 سال کی نہ کروائے! یہ اصول ان مافیا کا اپنا ہے اور یہ بڑا گیم کھیلتے ہیں آپ سے۔ آپ سے Position Charges کی مد میں یہ ٹھیک ٹھاک بھتہ لیتے ہیں اور اگر آپ نے اسے لینے نہ گئے تو 75000 ہزار مہینہ وصول کریں گے اور صرف 3 مہینے کا ٹائم دیں گے اور اسکے بعد آپ کا پلاٹ، گھر منسوخ ہو جائے گا یعنی 250،000 روپے لینے کے بعد آپ کا پلاٹ یا گھر منسوخ ہو جائے گا۔ اور وہاں کے ایک افسر نے یہ بھی بتایا ہے کہ maintinance charges تقریبا 12000 سے 15000 ہزار روپے مہانا کر رہے ہیں جس پر کام شروع ہو گیا ہے۔ نہ ان کے پاس بجلی ہے ان کی اپنی بجلی بہت بہت مہنگی ہے آپ ابھی جہاں رہ رہے ہیں نارمل بل سے 3 گناہ زیادہ بل آتا ہے گیس ان کے پاس نہیں ان دونوں اداروں نے منہ کر دیا ہے ان کے پاس بجلی اور گیس شہر کو دینے کو نہیں تو اس مافیا کو کیا دیں گے۔ خدا کے لئے بحریہ بھول جائیں یہاں مافیا کے پلاٹس اور گھر ہیں انہوں نے ریٹائرڈ فوجی بدمعاشی کے لیئے بھٹائے ہوئے ہیں آپ ایک دفعہ پھنس گئے تو گئے یہ آپ کو دھمکیاں دیتے ہیں آپ کی ماں بہن ایک کر دیں گے معذرت کے ساتھ یہ سب کنجروں کی مافیا ہے۔ مت جائیں اس مافیا کے پاس۔ اللہ ہم سب کو ایسے برے وقت سے اور ان کنجروں، چوروں، بھتہ مافیا سے بچائے۔ امین ہاں اسپورٹس سٹی میں بھول کر بھی مت جائیں وہ پورا ایریا متنازعہ ہے اور کسی بھی وقت اس مافیا کا پورا اسپورٹس سٹی ایریا منسوخ ہو جائے گا جیسا کے ہوا بھی ہے اور لوگ رو رو کر اللہ کو پیارے بھی ہو گئے ہیں۔ انا اللہ وانا علیہ راجعون۔ ٹی وی اینکرز جو بکاو ہوتے ہیں انہیں مفت پلاٹ اور فارم ہاوس دے کر ان کنجروں کے منہ بند کر دیئے ہیں ہر بحریہ میں انہیں مفت داڑھیاں دیں ہیں۔ باقی آپ ویڈیوز دیکھ سکتے ہیں ان سب چیزوں کی۔ شکریہ kzread.info/dash/bejne/n2iWtsGjesrTqso.html kzread.info/dash/bejne/qWmqpaShe9HYmZs.html kzread.info/dash/bejne/kWyHudB6YqnVhbg.html kzread.info/dash/bejne/aY2ewZZqc7S9c5M.html

Well you have to pay monthly charges for maintenance and what is wrong in it?. Pakistanis have never seen organized housing schemes and that is why our cities are one of the dirtiest in the world. Karachi is like a big wastebin where people have no civic sense. . All over the world housing schemes charge you for water, electricity, sewerage, roads and infrastructure maintenance. If you dont want to live in a society that is maintaining themselves then no one is forcing you. But please dont misguide the people.

This homes are very close to another home less privacy window of children room face another home which doesn’t feel secure overall if someone need privacy in their life this home design is not for them or you can make some partition between two home’s at least near windows
