The thing above the stove is called a hood. So now you know 😊 So happy for you guys. The light seemed brighter in that space at the top of the stairs compared to the best guest room. Best thing is to figure out how the sun moves round the house each day then decide. My office is Southeast facing and it is so bright I love it.

I would so set the up stairs loft as a nice cozy family room, keeping the downstairs more formal for when entertaining family n friends. You could put a nice cozy comfy couch, tv on that wall in between windows so cute congrats.

Vegas local here and this house makes me want to move to Nashville! What an awesome house! Cannot wait to see you make it home guys! You have so much space! I would be turning one of those guest rooms into my handbag/shoe/beauty room! But that is just me. You only need one guest room for guests! Lol The rest is yours! And I do think the room with the great lighting should be your film space since you both know you will be in there filming most of the time! Plus that extra storage closet it has is perfect for storing filing equipment not in use. Congrats and thank you for sharing!
