Billy, I love your content and especially your interaction with all your family members. The S10 is looking great! When you get the fenders on matching the doors I think the hood would look better white. Oh, and the valve covers black with silver lettering would make all the nice plumbing stand out. Keep it up and keep it real. I have been in West Africa for 15 years and you guys are my primary entertainment. I had to sell my big boy toys when I came here so I'm living my love for hot cars through you guys.👍

My grandpa used to call me a chipmunk or a pack rat when I was a kid and used to do that and when I was really young I used to go to sleep with that nights dinner in my cheeks and wake up the next morning chewing food and everyone was wondering what I was chewing on but I was so young at that time I don't remember that it's just what I've been told by my elders

I believe that the car will become bills he won’t see it leave. Billy gets bored fast. The fast nova is going to be Billy’s priority soon as it won’t be cheap.

Can’t wait to see where you go with the Chevy II. I’ve got a 62 post car myself with a 350 (camel humps, solid lifter LT-1 cam, RPM intake, etc.) backed by a Muncie M-20 and a 10 bolt 3.73 posi rear. It’s quick for what it is but it’s a low mileage, all steel car with gorgeous base coat/clear coat paint so I just can’t bring myself to go too far down the racecar path. Also very impressed by the work on the S-10, can’t wait to see it back in action. I really enjoy the content from your family and friends, thank you for doing what you do, stay safe!

Black hood, also I would put some barrier on the side of the radiator to save your fans from sucking in any rubber from a burnout and getting lodged

The look on your Dad's face when you said you're gonna LS swap it, was priceless ...actually seen that coming...love the way truck is coming along 💪

You guys should put a button on each side of the firewall that is wired to the starter so that when you set the valves you can do so a lot easier. You just hit the button to turn the engine when setting the valves and you won't need another person to hit the starter button in the truck I did it to my race car and it worked out well .

Well well, the old man is coming around, I remember three years ago he hated fuel injection and said so, the truck is looking awesome and the updates are great, I would definitely paint the hood white, now the bed needs to look as good as the rest of the truck, don't stop until it's perfect, you have come so far with your Fab skills, so proud of what you are doing, you and Rob make a fantastic team. Congratulations.

I've used stainless steel braided hoses with a Teflon liner, and found that they never seem to breakdown, no matter what liquid is used. I vote for a white hood.

Paint the hood white! Truck will look sick with the paint job done! It’s good to see the truck get all the love this winter. Gonna be badass

Unless he wants a cruiser it's gonna gave to be cut up. If he wants a drag and drive car it absolutely needs cut up.

I vote for the white and blue hood.

I remember the butt hurt 5000. It worked. I still dont know why people did not like it. It just made it easy for Billy to drive and poor his puddle all by him self. Love it.

Usually the paint code , make & model is on metal tag inside door jam , under hood or in glove box.

Leave the hood black. Billy, you and Rob are doing an amazing job fabbing it all up, very clean looking. Nice looking, Chevy ll Billy. Everybody working hard at what they do best, outstanding team!!

I have a pep boys Bosch 3 3/8 tack in my 65 chevy 2 in the gauge cluster exactly like factory. Very visible. Happy to show finished product & pictures of process.

I have been following you for along time. Almost when you started. I’m originally from Struthers Ohio. Moved to Florida in the Mid 80s. This episode really caught my attention when you said you will always want to be called Billy not ever Bill. I’m 68 years old and they still call me Billy. And I would much rather be called William. From an old drag racer to the young drag racer keep the drive going. Really enjoy watching you and your family follow there dreams!!

Love the bull horns, looks way better than what it did from before. Like when the dumps are plumbed into the down pipe. I think it looks cleaner that way, or when they’re plumbed right next to the down pipe.

My buddies 1965 SS Nova was a 327 with a slush box. Hate glides. Beauty car though. Truck is outstanding! Rob is a force. Great job Billy.

Billy I just did the front suspension on my 65 nova from church boys racing. Upper and lower control arms 11/8 sway bar this weekend working on the manual rackin pinion

Sweet Chevy ll Billy! That Smith Racecraft front suspension sounds like the way to go.

Billy I'm proud of you for your welding it's coming along .I am about to give you some great wisdom when welding pipe or anything tubular dude .. imagine the center of the pipe has a small ball in the center of the pipe keep your tig torch /tungsten always pointed at the center like it has cross hairs like a scope and the point on your tungsten is aiming at it at all times as you weld keep your tig torch pointed to center practice before your pass get comfy practice as many times as possible moving your welds elements around to help with heat soak and warpkeep it square as you go around the pipe

I vote black hood. Keep the glare down on sunny days. Everything looks good Bill. You and Rob are doing a great job. Can't wait to see it run.

Around the 11:30-11:40 Rob's walking around with the exhaust in his arms like it's a baby until shit gets weird

You had so much on that truck with the carb cause you grew into it as well. This got added then that got added over the years. It looks so clean and simple looking!

Need colored lights. Or not! Looks awesome anyway! Love seeing how far you guys have come. How clean and well built your stuff is, how well it works right out of the gate! You guys have really put in the work and learned how to do all this shit right!!

Looking great Billson! Haha I think a white hood and the crackled blue on the vertical sides on the cowl would look cool. Keep it up.

And a bench seat. My first car was a white 64 Chevy II with blue interior, total plain Jane car. It was so powerful that if you turned the AC on with it sitting still that it would kill the engine. So many cars are twin turbo now that I don't see why they haven't started making left side and right side turbos so you can do a fully symmetrical install. At these big power levels that might help the tuning some if you could do both sides totally symmetrical. Excited to see what the S10 is capable of.

The skills are vastly improving. You guys are kicking ass. Keep up the good work. The more time and experience you get the better your gonna be. I like be doing this stuff.

My "opinion", I like what U R doing with the doors & fenders, but leave the hood Black. It's part of the little truck's identity. And yes, I remember the Butt Hurt 5000, it worked very well, & was pretty funny too. U have a decent looking little Deuce, & it looks good in that shade of Blue. Put the Crager S/Ss that Bill took off of the Malibu on it.

I plan to order a Smith Racecraft front frame for a 66 in March. I'm doing a drag n drive build so I'm looking forward to seeing what you come up with.

Look at the trim tag on the firewall of the '65 , if it has the numbers 11411 on it , it's a factory V8 car Which could have been a 300 horse 327 . But was probably a 283/195 or 327/250 . The 327/300 with a four speed came with the twelve bolt rear end , which is 15/16 of an inch narrower per side than a '68 and up Nova rear .

You should definitely keep the old fenders and put them up on your shop wall. We all need an occasional reminder of where we came from.
