Learning to be content... Brock. I understand wnd suffer from the same mindset but I keep working out and push myself to stop any negative thoughts and just do a action that is th first step to do whatever I didn't accomplish. No biggie is my new mantra to stop my panic attacks or mental guilt shaming. Nothing will stop me not even myself. You got this bro.
