Did you have the baby on a heating pad? They need to be warm enough the whole time, usually they stay warm cuddled next to siblings and under the mothers body warmth

No, I don’t own one, but I would’ve if I had it! It stayed in hay, and Violet’s fur like it would in the nesting box; that’s the best I could do.
