First thing first I just want to say that I still can’t believe it 😳😳 ya moving to a new location at the farmer’s market , ya on to a new journey, new goal , new place, new location.

Sell snacks and cold sanwhiches with cold drinks up stairs will keep people there longer people there for lunch and shopping. And I am sure you know but tint the windows so shoes don’t yellow love your content god bless you guys always. Taking loss in Covid to this god is good come back was real

Check for spots in the roof make sure you got layers of material and insalation for backup just in case it rains or any other weather things that may happen dont wait till it happen be prepared before you gonna have product in there and cant take that chance idk how the weather be out there but gotta stay ahead of the game progressive mindset it can always be better

Just by based off the video, the space doesn’t look that big so you have use the space wisely and not overcrowd it with stuff. As for the Patio / Open Area: 1. Mini Baseball Court / Hang Out Spot 2. Have Certain Items and Racks there (it looks like you slide the windows up from the inside of the store and use that for more space) 3. Have Stands / Glass cases with items and you can just roll them in at closing time so they don’t sit out in the sun or rain.

In the open space y’all should put a hoop. Enclose the space with a net and add padding for safety.

Make a cool kicks snacks, shakes, smoothies, coffee spot in the patio

Put a taco stand outside, and another food stand outside. 2 food spots, charge them a bit of rent.

You should also look at ceramic tint or special tint so that your shoes don't get faded from the uv in the sunlight
