For everyone reading the comments, I know a couple who went through six rounds, all unsuccessful, so the gave up, sold their house and moved to a very large run down house, with a lot of work to be done. Within 3 months, she was pregnant naturally and they now have FOUR children, (all different ages)

Evening Gaby and Tim, after following Tim for over a year I didn't realise you had Caspar with this treatment, this is a lovely story as Caspar is a credit to you both, didnt know it's so expensive either, was Holly conceived in the same way.

Yes it’s been a really tough journey but he was definitely worth the wait. No holly took 3 months to conceive but I was only 22 at the time x

God bless you both after all you have been through. I thought most NHS health trusts offered at least one free round of IVF. I suppose it's what is called a post code lottery. Anyhow, I'm glad you now have lovely Caspar. All you have to do now is get him to sleep through the night! Xx

Hi Gaby, I found your videos through Time and it is so helpful. Currently going through my first-round of ivf as a 40 year old solo. I have my follicle check Monday and videos like yours reassure me good things can happen. He anxiety of spending £10k for something not guaranteed but wanted is terrifying xx

This vlog is so near to my heart, my daughter and partner went to greece New life .... they were so lucky ivf worked first time .... the journey couples go through ...... they decided not to find out the gender and on the 17th december 2023 a baby boy was born , its hard to believe that i have 3 grandchildren in a freezer in greece my daughter and partner and Billy plan to go back too try for another baby but have said if it doesnt work then they have there family .....❤

Hi Gaby Tim , my daughter and partner fell preganant naturally apparently ivf can balance youre hormones out infertile can be subfertile ...... so after 30 pregancie tests baby no.2 is on its way thrilled shocked so happy .... Billy is 6 months old , so off for a scan next week just to check that theres a pea in the womb i darent say 2 peas in a pod lol just wanted to share this x

Really appreciate you both sharing this. I think this gives hope to so many couples. We have expected being child free not by choice. In fact spoke about this in a blog I wrote as had several complications with endometriosis. I think the most important thing I learnt is making sure more couples discuss this sooner because it’s often not discussed enough. I can’t imagine the emotional upheaval you both must of experienced. Really happy to see you have beautiful Caspar.

Great video, it brought a lot of memories/feelings back. I went through years of trying, with nothing wrong with us either. We ended up doing 3 rounds of IUI and 2 rounds of IVF. It is a very heartbreaking/stressful experience, especially when the first round fails. Fortunately we were blessed with our Daughter on the 2nd round and she’s 15 months old now ♥️ x

We succeeded on our second try. I can relate to the desperation with a hint of anger in your voices 😄 ❤️ In short, it sucks. Reminds us what a blessing it is and that it shouldn’t be taken for granted.

Hi Gaby and Tim... I have been following Tim for many years didn't know u had a channel and thought I would come check yours out. Have been binge watching all your videos. Can I just say wow didn't know you sang you have an amazing voice and loved watching your home and away video's of you singing. But can I add to this video tht my sister and her now ex husband literally was trying for years also and went for test and all sorts but nothing was found and they too tried everything, it got to the point tht they thought either one were lying to each other and didn't believe one another in their tests anyway tht had split up along down the line and got with different partners and both had kids, crazy aye. I just think whatever the problem was is tht when it come to having a baby some people's sperms and eggs just don't connect. Is a shame u both had to go through it this way, but so happy you both were able to have a baby. He is an absolute beautiful little boy with two amazing parents and big sister. 😊

The strange thing is we thought we would have to do ICSI where you force the speed in the egg.. but we had IVF so they were next to each other in a dish and connected naturally which was nice fir me and Tim in that respect.. it made us feel more connected. Yes we are completely besotted with casper.. we are fortunate and I’m grateful everyday xx

It was a real struggle.. I watched a programme on ivf a few weeks back and saw people struggling and it brought it all back.. I was feeling it all over again so hard for people xx

Tim looks so very nervous a friend went through the same for many years, they gave up and with in 2 months and they had a girl now have 6 grand children

My brother did 3 rounds of IVF they sent £30.000 20 years ago and they were unsuccessful 😢I am his younger brother and have got two kids. Now they are 18/21 years old.

Aww that’s heartbreaking… we thought it wouldn’t happen for us so we were so lucky in the end but we were about to give up. It’s a very tormenting thing… people that get pregnant naturally are so lucky x

No I convinced naturally after 3 months of trying xx

I got blood clots when pregnant n had to inject my belly twice a day… my belly was black with bruises by the time i went in labour n i had a phobia of needles… its shocking what a mamma does to protect their baby x

Gosh I know… we really struggled to get the funds together.. has your wife tried clomid… it’s free in the NHS we tried that before IVF x

@@GabyStarbuckx Yes i also was on clomid we had some iui's done but they didnt take. Now we havent tried in a few years and want to try again starting with iui's and maybe then trying some IVF'S
