She's only having one baby but she already has Emma who is younger than 1 year old. Irish twins are babies who are born less than 1 year apart so that's why she calls them that🫶🏻

she has 3 kids: grace:7 years old, emma: less than 1 year and then baby that she is pregnant with and that baby is an irish twin to emma bc jaqueline found out she was pregnant when emma was like 2 months old. irish twins mean that there are 2 baby’s born within 12 months
