George Michael wrote this song when he was 17 years old. He was a beautiful human being inside and out - humble, extremely talented and generous. George gave with his heart, while singing to us straight from his soul. His distinctive, exquisite voice went forever quiet way too soon...💜

A lot of people dont understand what he's talking about. He cheated on someone he truly cared about and he regretted it and told her. The reason for never going to dance I'm never going to cheat again.

Wonder what you all would think of Rick Astley and "Never gonna give you up" ? I actually remember when his first song was released and then we saw him. We were like no way!! Crazy stuff. Also if you have not already watched it for the first time then may I suggest .. Aretha Franklin and George Michael " I knew you were waiting". Talk about 2 legends and a huge loss for the music industry when they both past away. Both fought a uphill battle for rights and one thing many didn't know was George Michaels and his massive donations to hospitals, and donations to people in need. He went through a life where he had some serious tragedies that he never really shock. And on top of that the hate he recieved for his sexual preferences. He also was a huge part of music stars that sang for Live Aid, and USA for Africa. And yes I respect Aretha Franklin tremendously. She also fought uphill battles and she was more than a soulful landmark. She was such a driving force in the music industry . On most of the first reaction video with these two I have read a lot of comments stating she was so much bigger due to her equal rights fights. But people also need to understand that George Michael also was very active on many different fronts for rights and he had a huge heart. Even though he quite sadly had severe depression and personal demons to battle. On a side note. He really kept his huge donations secret. He wasn't looking for fame from it at all. He was truly someone who had no problem helping anyone that needed it. So please ! I beg you all to close the gap and stop fighting. Because to me if you are going to take a side here then there is just no hope left.
