You might want to try Northern Luzon like Batad Rice Terraces, Ifugao Rice Terraces, Vigan City, Old Churches in the Ilocos Norte and Cagayan. Palaui Island in Sta. Ana, Cagayan which is one of the location of Survivor US edition. If you want to venture something remote...Calayan Island in Cagayan province via APARRI, Cagayan or Claveria, Cagayan (take off points by boats).

Manila has changed so much. It is so different I can get lost easily as progress can be seen everywhere. Even Intramuros changed - for the better. San Agustin is where we used to go for Midnight Mass when I was growing up. BGC, on the other hand, was still on the transition stage when I left the country. Look at all the changes and progress.

You can also try some nice places in the south of manila like the St Joseph Church wc houses the renowned bamboo organ in Las Pinas. And the Mary Immaculate Nature Church also in Las Pinas. And further south in Bacoor Cavite, take a merienda at Digman Halo Halo. Their palabok is also good.

Love love love the script, editing, and cinematography. Thank you for presenting Manila/Metro Manila in a different perspective. Usually the capital is portrayed as chaotic, dangerous grungy city. Tourist just brush off the city and move quickly to the islands but a lot of people forget that Manila is a historic city. If you stop and spend time you will discover that Manila has it's own charm, while many would say it's chaotic I'd like to think of her as eclectic. An eclectic vibrant city that has become the melting pot of the nation. I hope you can also visit the Northern part of the country, Northern Luzon the main island. Although the North is not known for beaches, it has its own charm and beauty. Visit the summer capital of the Philippines which is Baguio city and get to cool off some of that summer heat. The North is sometimes referred to as the spiritual or mystic side of the Philippines. Maybe because in the North is where the ancient tribes reside. They live in the mountains so they can be close to the heavens. You can visit the hanging coffins of Sagada or visit the oldest living tribal tattoo artist. Apo Whang Od, I think she is the last of her generation who had tattooed a real life head hunter. Or marvel at the eight wonder of the world the Banawe rice terraces. But if you're still yearning for the ocean you can come down from the mountains and go to La Union which is a surfing town. Wishing you safe travels and may fair winds accompany you on journey.

I'm so happy to see that both of you were enjoying your tour in the Philippines. Philippines have lots of beautiful places to visit and explore. If you were in Manila you must visit BGC and Makati business district in ayala avenue and a beautiful garden in greenbelt malls. Outside of Manila, you can visit the beautiful heritage and historical old houses in Las Casas de Aquesar heritage resort in Bagak Bataan.

However I am born Christian and sweet memories of my childhood are my so loved grandmother bringing me to church & let me light a candle. She thought me to we wish for health & goodness for everyone ♥️🌹

It’s always pretty from above. The Tan Tan Men Ramen is officially the yummiest ramen I’ve eaten in my whole life - that good. Thanks for sharing the ingredients with us.
