If you want to see a moose, just drive on Highway 11 north of Toronto until you get to the international crossing to interstate 75 in northern Michigan. It’s about a 7 hour drive but it gives you a great rural Canadian experience.

You're spot on about the better infrastructure. I've driven the QEW from Niagara to the outskirts of Toronto and the 401 north to Barrie and the roads are much better than PA and NY. Also I liked the service plazas. The only difference was speed limits and distances were in kilometers, everything is bilingual English/French and gas is more expensive.

Your panic at 39:50 was hilarious, unnecessary, and illegal. That wasn't an exit, it was a transfer to the collector lanes. If you aren't sure of your exit, it's safer to drive in the collectors. I've had visitors tell me horror stories about not being able to get to their exit because they were in the express lanes. You have to watch for your transfer lane, then your exit. Delivery and taxi drivers never use the express lanes.

For starters, when you said that you were in Cambridge, which is pretty far from Toronto. I'm sure i would also think the drivers in Cambridge are nice, polite and well behaved but I'd like to hear you say that when you actually get to Toronto (my guess is you guys are about 1.5 to 2 hours away from the city) When you actually get there and you're driving on the 401, QEW or DVP going right thru the city, don't think your impression of Toronto drivers would be as positive as it was when you were in Cambridge LOL

"Canadian drivers aren't bad" Ok, sure, when compared to lots (not all) American drivers. I've driven or have been driven in Boston, NYC to Long Island, Indianapolis, Las Vegas, New Orleans, and Ft Lauderdale. One thing I notice is the lack of acknowledgment by other drivers when I say give ROW, let people in, etc. I always hand wave or double flash my 4 ways when someone does for me. But I will say that Toronto has some very ignorant drivers (I dashcam and post them on KZread). But from what I've seen, Vancouver and surrounding area takes the cake for the worst drivers in Canada

Uhhh...only Americans say Tor-On-TOE. Someone must have played a trick on you. Locals say Tur-anno....the second t isn't really said. Vast majority of Canadian NHL players come from Ontario. Several NBA players are from the Toronto area including NBA champ AllStar Jamal Murray. Many celebs are from Toronto in addition to drake. Ever heard of The Weeknd? He did the Super Bowl half time show a couple years ago. Jim Carey, Simu Liu, Shawn Mendes, Mike Myers, Keanu Reeves, I'm surprised whoever gave you these facts didn't mention Enimem is from Toronto, because it sounds like they were trying to screw with you. It's funny hearing someone raving about our infrastructure. I guess we take it for granted. All people do here is complain. While the posted speed limit on this highway is 100km/hr, the flow of traffic generally goes faster and hovers around 120km/hr.

No, in Canada they do not have America beat when it comes to infrastructure. It would be nice if Highway 75 from North Dakota into Winnipeg would be a freeway and it would be nice if the perimeter Highway around Winnipeg would also be a freeway instead of an expressway with occasional stoplights And it also would be nice to have a free way into or through the city of Winnipeg itself.

You got so lucky with traffic lol, drives are great but traffic jams always!
Wow normally going into Toronto it's fast traffic
Try driving in Winnipeg Manitoba. I don’t know why but that large city has no freeway through it or around it for some Bizzarre reason. Not only that every single route that goes through the city has a different route number which can be a bit confusing, and in my opinion not necessary.

Hmm, not sure why it had you exit the 401 there if you're going to Toronto, unless you entered an address at the north end. The 401 is the busiest highway in the world, and one of the largest. You'd have particularly witnessed that if you took the 401 all the way into the city.

You guys missed rush hour traffic luckily. I'm happy to hear some good about Ontario. We hear nothing but shit from the rest of the country.
As an aggressive driving Torontonian, I had to laugh when i heard you say all these positive things about Toronto drivers.

IDK, people who live in TO drive alright. Its the people who dont live in TO and not use to driving around southern Ontario that screw things. People who live in TO drive like they have somewhere to go. People who are not from that area drive like tourist looking for their exits and drive like they were from their small town and have nowhere to go.
I’ve watched this video for 2 minutes. And already shaking my head. First nine of us listen to indigenous music. So not sure what you’re listening to. Also.
Hmmm at 59:19 you are either going in for dental care or financial services????🤣

What does he mean “THE radio station?” Does he think there’s one radio station in Canada, and it’s Indian?! I don’t get it.
