Kerala is the birthplace of martial arts. it is where the mother of all martial arts kalaripayattu was born. It's gaining in popularity because it uniquely combines defence techniques, dance, yoga and healing systems. various places in Kerala kalarippayattu is performed on stage it's excellent. lots of people still think that martial art was invented in China. actually an Indian monk named Bodhidharma who brought Buddhism to China practiced kalaripayattu and he taught some of it's practice to his disciples in china.

For those coming to Kochi, never go near the fishing net guys and ask for a demonstration. Even for a simple explanation they will charge you ₹500. Such see it from a distance 😂. You can spend that money for a good seafood dish rather.

Thank GOD, you guys are in Kerala Right now. It's literally flooded here in Chennai due to cyclone. I was actually very concerned that you might have got stuck here due to the floods . Thank GOD that didn't happen.

Among all the southern states, Kerala serves the real original/authentic Indian chai/tea. Though I am from neighboring state, Kerala has got some very distinct and unique things to boast about such as the 1st state in India to achieve 100% literacy rate,known for its tea gardens(now you know why the tea is so original 😀) and very smart and intelligent people!

Kerala is the best state in India even though the Hindi fanatics and BJP and Kerala's own few fascist, fanatic, capitalist mindset people try to spread negativity and fake narrative against Kerala. No other state can compare or reach the level of Kerala in terms of true education, belief of people in compassion, support, uniform development and communal and respected harmony for everyone and many other things.
