Never mix different panels . The system will be controlled b y the weakest panel please Google

You can definitely mix panels if you know what you are doing. The science is quite simple. In this case, they are all connected to their own charge controllers so its even easier. But the large panel is indeed defective. But if you don't understand it, you will get disappointing results.
