Got lucky and got given this by a local club member. This thing is awesome. My first EDF jet and it's been a ball of fun

This and the Couger are my only jets in mt hanger im perfectly happy with in 6s performance. Out the box its a great jet. Just needs a bigger esc so i put the 120A in them. That new motor is an AMP monster!
Man this thing sounds like a gas turbine and pulls like one too!! Good flying

What battery was this running? Was it completely stock?
That ties me Freewing 70mm BAE Hawk but I wasn't doing dives to achieve it! Current club record holder.

GPS/radar gun measures ground speed, and ground speed is affected by the winds aloft.
Isnt the gps registering ground speed?

Of course it is. That's why it's in Mph, not Knots or TAS

I finally saw something wrong with the Avanti V2...the cockpit is gatoring like crazy!

If you were out baking in the sun and 105-degree weather for 5 hours, you'd be gatoring too, lol it's only foam😃 easy fix..cover the hatch or put it upside down The plastic canopy creates a greenhouse effect inside so its way hotter than the air temperature

Its not perfect. The paint finish is shocking and front shock is too soft. Apart from that it's a great jet

@@M4rkmcc21 My paint and finish was great, and better than the v1's thin powered spray on, v2 is thicker, glossy and not patchy, I'm not big on high gloss on foam jets, front nose gear is soft due to battery weight, especially with 6000's big improvement over the v1 on grass but what do you expect out of a non 500.00 edf🙃
Why would you bring those guns to the field. 😂
