My kids are 21 and 16 but after watching this, I was reminded that we all need "wind down" nighttime rituals. Everyone went to bed clean and relaxed...definitely healthy rituals for a good night's sleep and waking up refreshed to tackle another day!

Tia please just do every routine there is. I love watching your real life I use to watch your reality show I miss it.

So we’re just gonna ignore how smart Cairo is. Eating with her own little utensils!

i seriously have so much love and respect for her. Her realness and relatability gives me life on so many levels
