hi diya, very beautiful home you have🎉 for dal makhani use whole skinned urad dal ( maa ki dal) and before pressure cooking it wash the dal thoroughly. also use whole spices during tadka with butter n oil like while black cardamom, laung, tej patta and green cardamom. it will make it more authentic. and don't use tomato ketchup. hope u didn't mind the suggestions
